A Walnut Pie in The Multi-Cooker 🥞

Hello, Hiveans!
Good time of the day to you!

Today the weather outdoor is not suitable for walks, as they say:

I didn't find a language change option in this application, so I wrote the caption manually for clarity.

It's nice to spend time at home with benefit, whether it's leisure or household chores.
My youngest daughter and I decided to combine pleasure with usefulness and bake a nut pie in a multicooker.
Actually, I decided that we would bake it, and my two-year-old daughter was, of course, all for it!

And so, as a Mom, I already know that for a successful process, during which everyone, both me and the child, will have fun, we need to remove all unnecessary things and prepare everything we need in advance.

So, to cook the pie, I prepared:

Butter - 170 g (cut into small pieces in advance to reduce the child's contact with the knife)
Honey - 2 tbsp.
Milk - 240 ml
Wheat flour - 300 g
Ground nutmeg - 1 tsp.
Walnuts - 150 g (chopped into small pieces in advance)
Baking powder - - 1 tsp (I use a mixture of citric acid, soda, and flour which I prepared by myself)
Sugar - 150 g
Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
Chicken eggs - 1 pc. (I'll tell you from experience - duck eggs are even better for baking than chicken eggs!)

Instruments:

A large metal bowl
Two long wooden spoons for stirring
A blender (works as well as a food processor. Both are great)
A multi-cooker, on the bottom of which I laid a circle of parchment paper.
Another chair for my apprentice)) and a towel just in case.

I almost forgot the butter in the fridge.

We climbed onto the chair and started.

Sifted flour (300 grams) and baking powder (1 tsp.) into a bowl with butter (170 grams) and 150 grams of sugar.

With a blender, we ground it together to a crumbly state.

Look at the photo - it should be medium-sized crumbs.

Removed half of the crumbs from the bowl. Spread the crumbs in the bowl on the parchment paper and slightly pressed them down with our hands.
This is the first layer.

To the remaining crumbs in the bowl, we added 50 grams of chopped walnuts, 1 egg, milk (240 ml), baking soda (0.5 tsp.), nutmeg (1 tsp.).

We ground it again with a blender until it became a uniform dough.))

Spread the dough in the bowl, laying it on the base of crumbs.

My daughter's favorite part:
Evenly sprinkle the remaining nuts (100 grams).

Another favorite part - pressing the buttons.

Bake on the "Baking" mode for 75-80 minutes until done (until a dry crust).

We turned off the multi-cooker and immediately spread honey on top of the hot pie.

And with impatience, we left it in the bowl to cool completely.

Bon appetit!

We made a wonderful cake with two types of dough and a nut crust. Interestingly, we kneaded the second dough based on the first one. Everyone who tried it was sure it had cocoa in it! Be sure to make this crispy honey-nut pie for yourself and your loved ones!

My little girl was already asleep, when the pie was completely ready.
But tomorrow morning she will be happy to taste it.
