Really beautiful hot day. Sat on my balcony knitting in the morning until the sun came round, then came into the cool. Sorted out my next post for Wednesday Wellbeing Club. A lovely walk this evening in the Garden. There was a group doing Yoga. Feel rested and happy.

Learned a lot about sleep. Very interesting discussion about lucid dreaming and alien abductions, and about intimacy. Kept thinking about Exercised and the author who had no trouble sleeping, on the floor with everyone around him.
