Greetings friends. Happy new week here guys 🥰❤️.

Memories are what everyone of us love to keep and remember, especially if they are good ones and knowledgeable and this is what historical education stories are all about.

History was a very important subject during my school days because it was taken seriously due to how the millennium years was still years revolving around how the ancient time is taking new turn into more of civilizations. The millennium was more closer to the days of our fathers and forefathers who was coming from the years of “independence” and this indeed made history then to still stand as an important subject everybody takes important and valued.

We the students then was always very keen to know why was our country Nigeria 🇳🇬 colonized by the white men? Where was our earlier black ancient forefathers. But as history explained to us, we got to understand how the slave trade started, how many black peoples sold their fellow blacks for money 💰 and how many years after, the early elite was able to stand up to defend their countries and got independence. These were the days of historical stories.

History is the only subject that tells us about our past stories, where we are coming from, the roots of some of the informations we wants to know, especially those of our past leaders, those who were the past heroes 🦸‍♀️ to our nation and some past important stories that is so educating which is why history as a subject should be seen as important as other subjects, but it appears as if the factor of change which is known as the only thing constant has affected this very subject called history

Change as we have seen in recent times is like a drift towards the new era of the 21st century where new trends of things appears not to be dealing with the past but a continuous search for a better tomorrow through innovation because civilization has tripped from what it was in the past. It appears to me that the 21st century is century of now and the future but not the past which has affected our history values so much.

I feel its very important for us to continue to know the achievements of our past leaders or heroes 🦸‍♀️ and also know some of their past mistakes which I feel will help our present times but it appears the era we are in are making more mistakes and doesn’t want to follow the footsteps of our past leaders nor their histories as a way out. This means that our historical times are no more of value or important to us and will definitely make no difference in our perceptions of today’s world 🌎.

History classes however will never be a subject of value again like in the past because many schools and students do not see themselves choosing studying history for future use as a means to livelihood or a subject that can earn them money 💰. Many students are now looking forward to studying 📚 what line of courses they know will have job value after graduation 👩‍🎓.

In conclusion, some countries and nations still see history as the only thing that can help them out in resolving recent time problems, but many are also seeing it as one of those studies that will affect their dreams and achievements for the future of their countries as the case might be. I believe that this era of fast pace trends will not rely on the past but the future as change is changing many things with new perceptions.
