My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2022

A quiet evening again as it seems that people are out to the beach or eating for family days do I get the gym to myself and a couple of others and we had fun trying out different machines in the gym that we don't usually get to play around and tonight I spent most of the time on the treading mills .
