So we have to accept that natural medicine must be effective in curing disease. But if the medicine can be made and consumed at home according to the rules, then the complex diseases can be cured. But it takes some time. But try to make medicine at home to cure the disease and keep only the foods that will benefit the body in the food list according to the rules.Cholesterol and diabetes are now common diseases. As a result, many lives are lost prematurely. Many times these diseases do not come under control even after taking medicine. So be aware and keep useful foods in the food list. Today I am trying to talk about an effective diet to control cholesterol and diabetes. If you try to eat mung dal, the above diseases will definitely be under control. Because mung beans contain iron, potassium, antioxidants which generally help control cholesterol and diabetes. But there are many people who cannot eat mugdal raw or soaked. It must be effective if they can eat it the way I cook it. So see how I make Moong Dal Totka.

I have lightly fried mung beans for five minutes on low flame so that it does not smell.

I soaked both the dals in water for 15 minutes and washed them clean

Oil a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped onions and bay leaves

If it is brown, I have added black cumin seeds

After some time I added all the spices

I grinded the spices with some water

I poured mung and lentils, potatoes

Now mix all the ingredients well

Now boil it with the lids

After boiling, I stirred it

I took it with three cups of water

After ten minutes of cooking I added cumin and coriander powder
