Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que su día este marchando genial, yo me encuentro excelente gracias a Dios, estoy feliz de poder mostrarles y contarles como fue esta diferente y unica experiencia, pues este restaurante tiene apenas unos meses desde que abrió sus puertas en el centro comercial Costa Azul - Isla de Margarita. Mi cuñada y yo habíamos acordado visitarlo solo por curiosidad, ella vive en otra ciudad así que no desaprovechamos que se estaba tomando unas merecidas vacaciones en la Isla para ir a conocer este lugar, cabe destacar que no somos veganas o habíamos probado antes algo hecho con productos naturales así que esto estará muy interesante!!!

My sister-in-law and I had agreed to visit it just out of curiosity, she lives in another city so she was taking a well deserved vacation on the island to go to know this place, it is noteworthy that we are not vegans or had tried before something made with natural products so this will be very interesting!!!

Llegamos y el lugar es totalmente hermoso, por supuesto lleno de muchas plantas, una vibra increíble, musica ambiental moderada, incluso tienen un ventanal enorme donde puedes acercarte y ver como los chefs del lugar crean platillos estrellas, lo que mas nos gusto fue la pared natural que esta en el fondo, ella se ubica en lo que sera próximamente la parte nocturna de este restaurant, un bar de cocteles al natural, interesante no?.

We arrived and the place is totally beautiful, of course full of plants, an incredible vibe, moderate ambient music, they even have a huge window where you can get close and see how the chefs of the place create star dishes, what we liked the most was the natural wall that is in the background, it is located in what will soon be the night part of this restaurant, a cocktail bar in nature, interesting isn't it?

Nos ubicamos justo en el centro del restaurante, es una mesa enorme con un lindo arbol bonsai en el centro, mas adelante se encuentra una especie de barra la cual por dentro es un mueble gigante con mesas para que las personas puedan disfrutar de un café o almorzar viendo la TV, nos trajeron el menu como pueden ver en la fotografía, le echamos un ojo y todo se leía delicioso pero habíamos quedado en almorzar en familia con mi pareja y suegra así que decimos solo pedir galletas, jugo de maracuyá y un mochaccino.

We were located right in the center of the restaurant, it is a huge table with a nice bonsai tree in the center, further on there is a kind of bar which inside is a giant piece of furniture with tables for people to enjoy a coffee or have lunch watching TV, they brought us the menu as you can see in the picture, we took a look and everything looked delicious but we had agreed to have lunch with my partner and mother in law as a family so we decided to just order cookies, passion fruit juice and a mochaccino.

Para nuestra sorpresa los mochaccinos eran fríos, yo tengo una ley de vida que se basa en: Si alguien no sabe preparar un buen jugo de maracuyá, entonces esa persona no sabe hacer nada bien!

Por eso pedi uno jajaja, las galletas fueron hechas con harina de avena, chocolate amargo y edulcorante narutal, estaban super ricas debo admitir, el jugo de maracuyá también estaba delicioso, aunque he probado mejores, debo tomar en cuenta que este es un sitio dedicado a lo natural, ahora hablándoles del mochaccino, bueno, no nos gusto para nada jajaja para darles un ejemplo de su sabor, fue como si le hubieran echando agua a un café, luego hielo y por ultimo chocolate, se que todo era lo mas natural posible por que así se hacen las cosas aquí, pero para personas como nosotras amantes de un buen café chocolatada, es mejor ir a otros lugares jajaja.

To our surprise the mochaccinos were cold, I have a law of life that is based on: If someone doesn't know how to prepare a good passion fruit juice, then that person doesn't know how to do anything right!

That's why I ordered one hahaha, the cookies were made with oatmeal, bitter chocolate and narutal sweetener, they were super rich I must admit, the passion fruit juice was also delicious, although I have tasted better, I must take into account that this is a site dedicated to the natural, now talking about the mochaccino, well, we didn't like it at all hahaha, we didn't like it at all hahaha to give you an example of its taste, it was as if they had poured water in a coffee, then ice and finally chocolate, I know that everything was as natural as possible because that's how things are done here, but for people like us who love a good chocolate coffee, it's better to go to other places hahaha.
