Espero de corazón que muy bien, verán hace unos meses hubo una ola de calor muy fuerte donde mi piel se vio afectada por primera vez en mi vida, nunca fui una chica de piel con ronchas o manchas, gracias al cielo y a las enseñanzas de belleza natural que aprendí de mi abuela, siempre tuve una piel linda, pero, cuando esa ola de calor llego, pude ver como en mi cara, específicamente frente y nariz, se me irrito un poco la piel, dando como resultado muchos círculos pequeños rojos, de hecho fui con una dermatóloga, la cual me dijo que era producto del calor, me regaño por mi cuidado de piel en ese entonces (me había descuidado), y me asesoro, diciéndome que tuviera paciencia, además de hidratar y humectar muy bien mi piel, pues ambas cosas son distintas aunque suenen igual 👇
