Espero que estén muy bien y que su día haya sido maravilloso, yo estoy bien gracias a Dios, feliz de poder compartir con ustedes una de mis recetas favoritas a la hora de preparar un rico pescado, entre mis favoritos esta este, llamo Palometa o Palometa Negra, lo que lo caracteriza es su color extra blanco además de tener una suavidad increíble, prefiero hacerlo al horno por que es mas sano y rápido, los invito a seguir leyendo y preparar este rico almuerzo en casa, a mi familia le encanta!

Ingredientes:

Pescado Palometa en churrasco

Sal de ajo y perejil

Aceite

Sal y pimienta

Cebolla

Aji picante rojo

Papas

Ajo, perejil y mayonesa para hacer la salsa.

Primero corte la cebolla es aros y pique finamente el ají dulce rojo.

El segundo paso es pre calentar el horno a temperatura madia alta, en un bowl de vidrio añadí aceite y agua, esto ayudara a mantener el pescado jugoso y no dejara que seque, coloque los aros de cebolla, luego sal de ajo con perejil, un poco de ají picante finamente picado y por ultimo se colocan los churrascos o cortes de pescado encima, yo los condimente previamente con sal y pimienta, por ultimo se repite los mismos pasos anteriores sobre el pescado.

Su cocción es rápida y fácil, pasado los primeros 10 minutos en el horno suelo sacar el bowl de vidrio para darle vuelta a los churrascos o cortes de pescado, luego vuelvo a meterlo al horno por otros 10 minutos mas, mientras coloque a hervir unas papas las cuales acompañe con una rica salsa de ajo, esta la preparamos con dos ajos, un puñito de perejil y mayonesa al gusto, como resultado obtenemos este delicioso almuerzo nutritivo y rápido de hacer, que les parece??? A mi me encanta!!.

It really looks delicious ans my mouth waters. I am not really into fish with broth but this is an exemption.
