Black and red [SPA/ENG]

Hola, espero estén teniendo un hermoso día. Últimamente ha hecho mucho calor y tal vez sea por eso que, ciertas zonas de mi cara han estado rojas y aunque parecen manchas, no lo son. Me salen cuando sube la temperatura y desaparecen cuando esta baja.

Hi, I hope you are having a beautiful day. Lately it has been very hot and maybe that's why certain areas of my face have been red and although they look like spots, they are not. I get them when the temperature rises and they disappear when the temperature drops.
