Wieder ein langer Tag auf der Arbeit mit viel zu tun.
Das schwül warme Wetter hat dann sein übriges getan und mir richtig Kopfschmerzen beschert. Nach Feierabend habe ich mich noch zu einer Runde geh/joggen gequält und bin dabei leicht nass geworden. Den krönenden Abschluss macht jetzt eine Aspirin und das Bett.
