Some Founders have a clear sense of purpose.
Some Founders are on a mission.
Some Founders inspire others.

Other Founders follow the herd (typically their competitors).
Other Founders flip from one idea to the next (no direction).
Other Founders are lost and lonely.

The 'some' are the minority.
The 'other' are the majority.

Few things are better than working with the 'some'.
(Aside from helping those stuck among the 'others' become one of the 'some').
