Baked Chicken with Sauce š©āš³šš½
I like oven-baked chicken much more. Thus, it does not become too oily. While I was thinking about what to cook last night, I remembered that there was leg in the fridge and I remembered that I hadn't cooked in the oven for a long time. Since I won't be able to consume much in the summer (for some reason, I can't eat it in hot weather) I thought I'd better prepare and eat it for the last time.
Now, without further ado, I will tell you how to make my chicken with sauce.
1 Tablespoon of Yogurt
Juice of Half a Lemon
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 Clove of Garlic
1 onion
Red Hot Chilli Powder
Black pepper
Salt
Oven Bag
First of all, I started by pouring yoghurt, tomato paste, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red hot pepper flakes, black pepper and salt into the bowl and preparing the sauce. I mixed them all together until they were identical.
Then I drew dashed lines on the chicken thigh with a knife. This will allow the sauce to integrate more with the chicken. If you want the flavor of the sauce to transfer to the chicken, make sure to scratch it.
Then I cut the onions into thin half moons. I used the onion purely to add flavor to the chicken.
Then I brushed the sauce over the chicken. I made sure the sauce got all over it.
I placed the hip, which I could find in the sauce with the onions I cut, into a fireproof oven bag and knotted the mouth. I made tiny holes on the bag before putting it in the oven.
I cooked it in a 180 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
The chicken came out of the oven completely cooked. You can tell the beautiful mess of the chicken from the bone. If the chicken comes off the bone easily, you can be sure that it is well cooked.
I prepared my chicken for service with my favorite rice pilaf.
The chicken was incredibly delicious.K I hope you will try this recipe and like it š
See you in the next recipe.
Love...
