Description
Today outside a supermarket I spotted this giant box, it's a plastic bottle eater.
The slogan in front of the machine is that bottles return to bottles.
Plastic bottles are placed in this large container to be sent for recycling of PET bottles. The machine is connected to an application that records the number of bottles inserted. The bottles must still have the barcode label, otherwise the bottle will be eaten by the machine, but will not be counted.
On the bottle eating machine you can see the CORIPET logo and writing. From the information I have received I seem to understand that Coripet is a consortium, recognized by the Ministry of the Environment. Coripet appears to me to be one of the producers, converters and recyclers of PET bottles.
Coripet's mission is to collect and recycle PET bottles placed on the market and turn them back into bottles.
Coripet has made an agreement with Famila supermarkets and the aim is to raise consumer awareness to recycle PET bottles. Consumers will be rewarded with digital vouchers, which will be loaded onto the Club Famila card.

Oggi fuori da un supermercato ho avvistato questa scatola gigante, è una mangia bottiglie di plastica.
Lo slogan davanti alla macchinetta è che le bottiglie tornano bottiglie.
In questo grande contenitore si conferiscono bottiglie di plastica per farle entrare nel giro del riciclo delle bottiglie PET. La macchina è collegata ad un applicazione che registra il numero delle bottiglie inserite. Le bottiglie devono ancora possedere l'etichetta con il codice a barre, altrimenti la bottiglia verrà mangiata dalla macchina, ma non verrà conteggiata.
Nella macchina mangia bottiglie si nota il logo e la scritta CORIPET. Dalle informazioni che ho recepito mi sembra di capire che Coripet è un consorzio, riconosciuto dal Ministero dell’Ambiente. Coripet mi risulta essere uno tra i produttori, converter e riciclatori di bottiglie in PET.
La missione di Coripet è raccogliere e riciclare le bottiglie in PET immesse sul mercato e farle tornare bottiglie.
Coripet ha fatto un accordo con i supermercati Famila e l’obiettivo è quello di sensibilizzare i consumatori a riciclare bottiglie PET. I consumatori verranno premiati con buoni digitali, che saranno caricati sulla carta Club Famila.
