It seems that during the day of February 27, the SEC issued a statement where it is declared that a large slice that makes up the MEME Coins pie does not meet the definition of a financial security. Many MEME Coins would not be in line with federal law and do not meet registration requirements.

Attention, very interesting news. The Brazilian stock exchange B3 is little known in Italy, but it is extremely important. The fact that B3 will give the possibility to invest in products related to Ethereum and Solana means that the issue could soon extend to other less important stock exchanges, and perhaps in 2035 there could be something similar also in our Italian stock exchange.

Arriva una notizia di grande interesse dagli USA. Sembra che durante la giornata del 27 febbraio la SEC abbia emanato un comunicato dove viene dichiarato che una grossa fetta che compone la torta delle MEME Coins non soddisfa la definizione di titolo finanziario. Molte MEME Coins non sarebbero in linea con la legge federale e non incontrano i requisiti di registrazione.
Dove:
SEC = Securities and Exchange Commission, ovvero l'ente federale statunitense preposto alla vigilanza delle borse valori.
MEME Coins = criptovalute solitamente ispirate da meme di internet o culture popolari con notevoli rischi associati.

Conclusioni personali

Attenzione, novità molto interessante. La borsa valori brasiliana B3 è poco conosciuta in italia, ma è di estrema importanza. Il fatto che B3 darà la possibilità di investire in prodotti legati ad Ethereum e Solana vuol dire che presto la questione potrebbe allargarsi ad altre borse valori meno importanti, e forse nel 2035 potrà esserci qualcosa di simile anche nella nostra borsa italiana.

Berachain ha fatto segnare un interessante +8% durante la giornata del 28 febbraio. Berachain è una blockchain di livello 1 compatibile con l'Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), costruita utilizzando il Cosmos SDK. Un progetto che inizialmente è stato creato per il settore NFT. Nel momento in cui sto scrivendo, il token BERA è salito al 75esimo posto della classifica di Coinmarketcap

Bonk è una delle meme coin più popolari della blockchain di Solana. Un anno sottotono per Bonk che fa un -17 in un anno, ma il dato mensile è più preoccupante in quanto segnala un -45%. In questo momento il prezzo di Bonk è su un supporto statico, se non regge il valore potrebbe avere una forte diminuzione. Io vedo una situazione a rischio. Per quanto mi riguarda starei fermo sia con acquisti e vendite su questo token.
