MY HIVE INTRODUCTION

Hello Hivers, hope you’re having a great day. My name is Stefan (Equere), and it means `crown’, which makes me try to be the crown jewel of my family, i’m a Nigerian student, who always aspired to be a professional footballer, but not many people get to be a great sportsman, and although i will keep trying until i can no more, i believe the next best thing, is to pursue a fascination i always had for television and maybe radio sport, which is why i would love to be a football commentator. My Idol is Peter Drury(Football Commentator) he is the one who gives me the most inspiration going forward with my dream .I have even tried to commentate on both real life and videos games in front of people and i am always overwhelmed by the positive feedback i receive.

Growing up in Lagos was very tough and challenging, i had to change schools midway through my childhood because we had to change towns, and it was never really easy to fit in. This could also be seen as a positive because it forced me to follow my mum out more to malls, markets, etc, which i feel has had a great influence in my life currently, in the context of being more exposed and enlightened.

Some of my other hubbies include: Games; in which my favorites are :fifa and nba,hanging out with friends, sports ,Movies; in which my favorite of all time is Olympus has fallen, mainly because i just feel it has a little bit of everything. Let me give a little summary, incase you’ve never heard of it and would like to try it out! A family man, who formally worked as an agent to president, more or less becomes the right hand man of the president after the white house is attacked by Korean terrorists who are disguised as good leaders. From then on, it was all chaos, as it was a rescue mission, as well as a fight for survival. I always feel captivated, watching such movies as a viewer because it gives me mixed emotions such as:

• sadness
• tension
• self-reflection
• joy
• sympathy
  and many more !
  If you haven’t seen it, i will advice you to check it out if you can.

With that little introduction being said, let me give you a real insight of who i really am.

I can be a very outspoken person, especially when i’m with those who i am very comfortable with,as well as a guy with a good sense of humor. I have been told by many people that i am very kind hearted, and i hope it can run in my generations to come!

I am the only child, so for a very long time, i lived with only my Mum and Dad, so it was a bit lonely sometimes, but i’ve always been close to my parents and had lots of people around me, which made me feel a bit better. Many times people hear i am the only child, they believe i am very lucky because i have no one to disturb me, or stress me over things, but i never look at it that way. Luckily i’ve been blessed with 9 lovely cousins, so at the end of the day, it’s still a fun family, and i have family members to come for my wedding!!

There have been quite some disadvantages being the only child, such as when it was my first day at school (secondary), i felt a little bit confined, and needed just that one person, i know i can engage with, as it was a pretty tough time. There have also been times where, i missed out on some events, because i wasn’t allowed by my parents to go alone, or even the times where i needed someone to engage, push, and lift me during hard times.

Right from when i was a little boy, i’ve always wanted to travel around the world, i’ve never really been able to achieve this dream, as i’ve been to only 3 countries, but with time i hope to have the ability to achieve this dream. It will be of great joy to get a job in the future, which requires traveling alot.

I’ve always been into movies, especially super hero movies and i always wanted to be one as well as a sports man, but with time, a little bit of reality hit me and in a more realistic sense, i am thinking of going into Tech.

I’ve always been very good with computers, and with the way the world is going currently, i believe in the near future, wait the future is already here and tech is already effective, and has a positive impact on my life. My favorite car is the tesla because i find it amazing, that a car would be able to run with solar and electric energy, this is something that can even change the course of history, and i’ll love to follow such path of invention and creativity in the very near future.

Just before the covid lockdown, i had started video editing classes, because i wanted to learn a new skill to develop myself even further and when the lockdown happened, i had a lot of time improve and learn a lot more online. It seemed like it would take forever to learn even the basics, and i didn’t even know where to start from, i began to think ‘maybe this is not for me’ because i felt covid would destroy my plans, but guess what? Now, i believe i’ve taken my editing game to the next level, as i now do edits for clothing companies and for **music videos **or visuals. This is something i am really proud of myself for, and i hope i can become one of the best in the world at it.

My passion for helping others and leadership is well evident with my participation in lots of household meetings for church, school, and family gatherings, being the head of the instrumental department in church.

I play the drums, and i’m still learning and getting better at the piano, mainly because my dad was really good at it a couple of years back, and would love me to follow his path. I was never really interested though, but with time i began to have a soft spot for it. I speak 3 languages, in : English, French and a little bit of Spanish.

I’ve always heard a lot of people talk about crypto, which always caught my interest, and i hope that with the hive platform, i can expand my knowledge and be at the very top in the crypto world.

I am someone who is very motivated, setting targets for myself, at every possible time, because i believe no one is too small or behind to be at the top.

Some of the ways i will describe my personality are:

• BEING A GOOD COMMUNICATOR; because i have been given leading roles in group projects and have had some responsibilities of addressing people on some occasions.
• BEING VERY COORDINATED; because when it come to both cleanliness and School/ Person work, i always liked to be arranged, knowing everything is in place, partly because this helps my timing, helps me plan better and makes me focused.
