Gifu Token

I wanted to make a post about the new token that @raymondspeaks created, but news about Biden stepping down as the Democratic Presidential nominee came out. The information on that is currently limited, so I'll focus on the #gifu project.

What is the #gifu project?
We all know and love memes, and if you've ever created one, you know you're probably doing it for free. The idea behind this project is to monetize the creation of those memes with the #gifu token. Of course, this isn't easy, and the team isn't trying to hide it or offer magical solutions. They are launching their project as a pure meme coin, but the goal is to eventually enable purchasing memes with the #gifu token.

Why I invested
I bought the maximum amount of coins I could in the presale and also bought a small bag after the launch. The reason is that I believe in this team, especially @raymondspeaks, and I think they can make it a success. It might not become a huge meme coin like Dogecoin unless it gets shilled to Elon Musk or maybe @trumpman can shill it to him and make him tweet about it. All jokes aside, @raymondspeaks has done an amazing job with his bro token, one of the most successful ones here. What made me even more sure about buying in the presale is that, despite being a meme coin, their approach is to make it sustainable and not a pump-and-dump scheme.

I would have loved if the token was launched in the Solana ecosystem because Solana has the most hype in meme coins and a community ready to buy everything. However, the team didn't want to make it a pump-and-dump scheme and feared that would happen on Solana. They didn't want to risk the future for some instant gains, and that mentality is what I love most. So, they chose the BSC network because of the low fees and the big community.
