Coca-Cola , Tesla And The Jinxed McDonald’s

Hey Guys

This week there are some major earning reports coming out that can and will affect the markets.

COCA COLA

Coca Cola announced its quarterly results
The company exceeded analysts' estimates both in revenue and earnings per share
The increase in revenue is mainly due to price hikes
Since the beginning of the year, the stock has gained +18%, and it also pays an increasing, juicy dividend
FYI, the next ex-dividend date is November 29, so to receive the dividend, someone needs to hold shares until the end of the previous day (November 28)
If you are an opportunist this is a great one.

TESLA

Yesterday, after the market closed, Tesla impressed everyone with its quarterly results
It may have slightly missed analysts' revenue estimates, but still showed year-over-year growth
What really excited investors, though, was the increase in profit margins across all 3 segments. This is the company’s most important KPI

Following this news, and with a few promises from Elon (as usual), Tesla’s stock shot up by +21% 🚀
We might even see it hit $300 this month?
What did you think of Tesla's results?

Trump Jinxed McDonald’s ,You could say it’s a small "Pandemic" that hit the fast food giant, and the famous Quarter Pounder seems to be the culprit.
The CDC in the U.S. warned of an E. coli outbreak that affected at least 49 people across 10 states, and as you can imagine, this didn’t go unnoticed. In fact, out of these people, 10 were hospitalized, and unfortunately, an elderly person in Colorado lost their life.
As expected, they halted the use of these onions in several states and temporarily pulled the Quarter Pounder off the menu in places like Colorado, Nebraska, and other areas.

However, a bigger blow was dealt to McDonald’s stock, which dropped as much as 8%

And when one company takes a hit, the rest of the industry takes advantage of the gap.

I am not surprised about a positive quarter for coca-cola. This company's product has been a short cuts for fast food over where I am leaving. It's gaining massive attention.
