Local Fast Food Joint & a small outing
A holiday in India means a family outing or get together. As yesterday was public holiday in India on the ocassion of Raksha Bandhan, I have not been spared either and when on to eat some local fast food joint. In rural areas, we do not have any kind of branding, but yes they serve some quality stuffs as compaired to fast food point in cities. So when my nephews asked me for an outing, we went out in evening to our local market, only to find a unique dish.
The way it is served, anyone will get surprise. As it has completelly different look, but the name of the dish is very common. It is Local Pizza served in mud pot. With two wooden stick / spoon inserted to enjoy the delicies.
Not sure how these local restaurant owner discover such dishes, but the look of the dish will surely crave anyone to eat it. Though I avoid eating fast food, I had a spoon , which taste better than any other branded pizza.
It is much softer than any other Pizza. To digest the dish I accompanied a hot Masada tea too, which is also served in mud pot. I really love the way, these local shop owners understand the importance of saving nature and avoid too much dependency on plastic cups.
The quality of teaching is sufficient for a person. Usually I have seen many shops selling lessor quantity, and charging heavy from customer. But not with the case with these small town restaurants owner. They know how to make customer happy.
After, Pizza & Tea my nephew insisted on other items and they ordered Chicken fritters. Which is also quite popular at this foodie junction. The ch8cken pieces chopped in small size and deep fried in oil. Young kids loves to crave on these item.
They also enj9y ever favourite chowmin / noodles this is too looks very spicy but delicious fromm every corner of the table.
No outing is complete without some sweet memory. After all the hot n spicy stuff from the restaurant window, the final item ordered was an ice cream. Served in glass cup, it has mixture to vanila and various item that looks too delicious. Infact it kind of my item.
A good outing ends with some happy memory. Loves the way the local restaurants are taking up the branded shops. They have the roots from city. But they try different things and unique too. Love the presentation, quality and taste of this local restaurant.

Small Chicken pieces like that are my favourite. Moreover, the cup type pizza is unique. Even when I first saw I thought that it is chai.
Those chicken fritters are very common....and looks delicious too these are easily available in Asian region
Ohooo, that Pizza in a mud pot, I think I saw a vlog about that on fb, it's really unique and quite appealing too to the eyes, enough to catch people's attention to try it. The othe food looks great too
I didn't ate it...but a spoon of it is too delicious...I saw it first time being sold in rural area....but this is too good
