Living in Cities Residential Complex
As the real estate sector is booming day by day, a new housing projects by new developers or builders keeps coming in Big cities. These developers woo the prospective customers with lucrative deal and also promisses to provide many civic facilities. These residential complex were multi storeys building with limited living space yet many facilities outside.
Today, I have been to one such residential complex to meet my friend. He bought a 2 bedroom flat on the 10th floor of this residential complex last year.
The blue water set up from the top does gives a nice vibes of the place. It is a good 50 km away from my home and is a upcoming projects. Not many people have shifted here still, it has good numbers of residents. When I get inside the building, I find the place very quite and peace. No chaos at all.
After spending good hours with my pal, we went downstairs to see the different facilities provided by the private builders. Once I got down, I find myself in middle of big sky scrppers. There were number of towers all around, and I was in one of them a little while ago. Unable to trace exactly which one.
The best advantages of liVing in these private residential complex are the number of facilities provided by them. Apart from the security and other services, they ensures to provide everything within the compound. So that the residents do not need to go out. They have good power back up to tackle the power outage too.
They have kids corner for outdoor playing facilities. It has all kind of swings and slides which kids alwsys asks for. This is a small park set up. Kids were buzzing the place and enjoying their slides.
On the hand, they have a mini swiming pool only for the residents. Any residential member can enjoy little swim in the pool. The pool has adjoining sitting area and changing rooms and separate toilet. Families do make use of it during summer time.
The building maintenance teams ensures the cleanliness of the pool everyday. They also provide some green spaces within the building, while they have a assembly zone for meeting or orchestrating some get together.
On the other hand, they have a mini park with lush green grqssea for walking and physical workouts. I found the place quite airy too, as there were sufficient passage for wi ds and breeze to blow in tye between the different towers.
They also have a mininopen gym for the residents whi h comes free of cost. Apart from.all these free services, the complex have a mini cub which requires annual membership. The families can enjoy, billiards, table tennis, mini library, private gym, and many other things. They were all indoor things, which people enjoy privately.
The interior space was well decorated with illuminated lights and wall painting. Infact there were many paintings giving each individual a positives vibes. It was a nice set up to gives residents their own sacred space.
The only thing whixh I didn't liked was the number of flats. Each tower has multiple floors consisting of 8 flats in each floor. The building appears to be a mini human best with smaller windows. This is my take. The population is growing but we have to constrained ourselves with limited space. And this is what happening in these private residential complex.
They have much to offer to the residents, but everything comes up with the prices. The cost of the house and also to enjoy the different facilities. My #wednesdaywalk is all about exploring these residential complex and how the living culture has changed over the course of time.
That residential complex looks spectacular (also expensive) but it transmits a peace that pleases me very much, it looks like a good place to live, very quiet and harmonious in every way. Its structure or construction is really artistic.
