There is no doubt that Hive has had a significant impact on the lives of many people who have taken the effort to grow their accounts and build genuine relationships with. People who have devoted time, day and night, building contents, attempting to understand how Hive works, reacting to changes in life development, and also attempting to construct themselves in order to remain creative.
Hive has done more for people than just give them a way to make money. It has inspired many people's ingenuity. It has given those who lack the means to pursue a better life that their particular governments have failed to offer them a way to do so.
I am not an exception to this group of people. In fact, Hive's existence has improved my life more than any other person. The thought that is currently running through my head is, "Where would I be if Hive never existed?" In what circumstance would I be? I am grateful to my creator for connecting me with the person who introduced me to Hive, and I have reflected on this every day since then.
For this reason, I have made it my responsibility to keep building, building up ideas to bring people to Hive, and finding better means of helping those who have found their way to the blockchain and yet do not understand the way the platform works.
I was on Whatsapp with my friend @josediccus today. The dialogue began with an old image he uploaded on his Whatsapp status in which he appeared skinny and hungry. We discussed our current difficulties and how we have been attempting to cope, as well as Hive being the source of revenue that allows us to survive in this harsh situation. And then the thought occurred to me: What if Hive never existed?
I was rescued from a horrible illness two months ago thanks to the money I was able to pull down from my Hive account. In order to feel better, I was able to get surgery. I funded it from Hive because my parents didn't have much money at the time to pay for hospital fees. You may not understand how awful I felt, but at one point I realized that if I didn't have surgery, I might not survive.
A similar thought occurred to me immediately after receiving my surgery: What if Hive never existed? Would my parents be distraught over my death?
These are important questions to ask and stories to tell. Hive has altered our lives and even saved people's lives, such as mine. That is why, when I hear the word Hive, the first thing that comes to mind is Life, because the word Hive now implies to live, or should I say, to live higher.
I learned about Hive in an unusual way. It was a disappointment that hurt me so badly that I cried about it. The story was about me leaving my homeland to study abroad on a scholarship but being denied because my parents couldn't afford the travel costs. I stayed in my own country of Nigeria to school, where I met the person who exposed me to a Higher way of life, I mean Hive. Since then, my life has been transformed simply because I remained committed to the practice of being long-term and willing to learn.
I believe Hive has been there in many more extreme rare cases like mine. I'd want for us to share our stories, as I have of these cases you may have encountered. I don't mean being able to buy clothes, food, or a car, but rather situations where it was needed quickly and Hive came through. Let us showcase to the world that Hive is doing more for the people.
For this, I would like to invite my pals @josediccus and @mcsamm to share their stories on Hive because I believe they have had the same influence as I have. Hive has been a source of life for a lot of people truly and I am not exempted, I don't know if sharing my testimony here as a comment is okay or if I should just stick to making an article.
I lost a huge amount of my fish business capital and I was down for a while but Hive helped out the little way it can since I am not that big earner yet on the platform.
I am up and running back in business, my fishes will be 3 weeks old since I purchased them and I am certain that the platform will still help me expand my business into what the dream has been from the onset.

So in essence God had big plans for you when you didn't leave the country...I know it would have been a much better life and maybe you wouldn't have needed hive in anyway...but indeed it's a lot bigger... if you hadn't stayed and been exposed to hive, a lot of other people wouldn't have found life (hive)..you alone have been able to influence a lot of other people, so much more than you can imagine and it's just a start...God indeed had a bigger purpose for you..

Indeed hive has been a lot of things to a lot of people. I've never really used any of my earnings for myself but I've used a little for others and I wonder how it would have been if I didn't have Hive, first I won't have gotten the opportunity to know the people I know today and secondly, I wouldn't have gotten the opportunity to contribute to them in my own little way.

Hive has done a lot for me already through my earnings so far and it's always at the needed time. I can't thank God enough for making this way of earning for me. A lot of times, we encounter unforeseen challenges and unplanned expenses that needed an urgent attention. I travel to Lagos not long ago, have been in the north for a long time, and am used to the cost of transportation which is far cheaper than here.
Hive has paid my transport fee from zamfara to Lagos, and for those that has been in Lagos the transport fee is on the high side so, it has also helped to transport me from one location to the other.
I have always transferred my hive to my Binance account and invested in some coins that have done well, so hive has been of great help to me

Man, you know I can't thank you enough for introducing me to hive and also re-encouraging me when i lost hope!
I am a musician that hopes to be known not only on hive, but throughout the globe.
To make that possible, I need better gadgets, equipment and so on.
Within months, i was able to buy a powerful device, Redmi note 10+ which worth's 140 plus thousands of naira. as if that wasn't enough, i pressed forth and was able to secure a laptop (HP) close to 150 thousand of naira.
When I had this similar thought of what if hive never existed was the day my baby brother was about graduating from Jss 3- ss1 and my parents were kind of broke at that moment.
He had bills to clear which summed up to 27 thousand of naira.
Immediately I heard about it, I with ease traded Hive for money and I sent it to him.
My mother prayed a deep prayer for me that day and my baby brother too!
I saw the joy in my brother and i knew he will feel so bad and depressed if he hadn't graduated with his folks !
There was a day myself and my friend @olujay were chatting on WhatsApp and he asked me a question that can i do without hive?
I said to him that... No!
with reasons that, it's not only about the money anymore!

I am glad you found hive, your life is going great, and for the surgery, you did, glad it went successful and you are better.
