Rovanpera jr leads WRC Rally Latvia 2024 after two days of competition

Hi, friends!

As expected, double WRC champion Kalle Rovanpera (Toyota) leads Rally Latvia on the roads which are very similar to the one at his native Finland. When you grow up on the similar gravel venues, it is just easier then someone who rarely drove on these kind of super fast gravel roads.

But youngster Martinš Sesks (M-Sport Ford) showed once again that he has guts for the similar type of terrain by setting some super fast times duting the weekend so far.

He was passed by eight time WRC champion Seb Ogier but Ogier is just from another planet. So Ogier (Toyota) is 2nd overall currently and Sesks keeps 3rd place but could be under big pressure from Estonian Ott Tanak (Hyundai) who is 4th in front of M-Sport Ford's Adrien Fourmaux.

Tomorrow brings four more special stages and as you already know - it's not over until it's over...
