Eight- time World Rally champion Seb Ogier han an accident on the road section during the recce of WRC Rally Poland and had to withdraw from the rally because of the (lighter) injuries. Safety of the crews is on the first place in sport so they had to withdraw after Ogier spent a night in the hospital.

Toyota works team had to call current WRC champion Kalle Rovanpera who is also on a part-time season sharing the car with Ogier on the rallies.

He already did most pf the recce, doing it for 17 hours yesterday with some job to do today after a shakedown.
