Tere Jazel @ 22   |    Vikings! Yey!

 
The celebration here is Tere Jazel's 22nd birthday. She decided to celebrate it with us because her family is in Mindanao and her closest friends too. She wanted to have dinner at Vikings, so I excitedly agreed because it was going to be my first time trying it.
 
We went there at dinner time. My son and I traveled after my shift at work. It was a fine day. When we arrived, it was already around 7 p.m. Tere and her roommate were already there and had booked a table for 4 already. We sat and waited for a few minutes until our number was called.

When our number was called, we settled into our seats, and went on to get our desired foods. There are many varieties of food offered, and a variety of cuisines too. There was no Indian food though :( Nonetheless, I enjoyed getting food, at least the ones I could finish. It's always good to enjoy foods at a buffet when you aren't having rice. *wink I didn't take rice, but, of course, my son had some.

When we finally got our food, we went to the beverage corner and got ourselves a drink, and finally sat down and started eating. My son was eating pizza while we waited because the rice had to be cooked for the next 10 minutes.

_{The rice was cooked and served, so I got my son a kiddie plate. It is so cute.} 

While we were almost finished with our food , they served the complimentary birthday cake. YEY!

 

It's time for sweets! My son was fond of their bite-sized cakes. The rest of us got some ice cream and churos.

A staff member reminded us that it was almost closing time and if we wanted more food to eat, then it was time to get for the last few minutes. We respectfully agreed. We're good already. Tere paid, and in a while we went out and headed home.

It was a fun evening and definitely ended with full tummies. My first experience at VIkings was nice.
