So yesterday, September 2, was the opening of the Purok Day Celebration. It is an annual celebration in the City of Naga for three days. Every barangay brags and designs their respective booths based on what they are proud of, or simply bringing out the best minds in design and decoration.

We stayed at our barangay booth, and in our purok, we brought foods to eat "salo-salo" for dinner. Booths were starting to build their concepts of what each booth was going to be. There was a film showing while we were waiting for the program to start. It started at 7 p.m. with a band.

We went home when the band started, but other members of our barangay stayed and enjoyed the moment.
