Two cookies in one (ESP/ENG)

Hello friends, lovers of good food. Today I want to show you my cookie recipe that besides being very nice the spiral that is formed, without delicious. The best of two cookies in one.

Hola amigos amantes de la buena comida. El día de hoy quiero enseñarles mi receta de galletas que además de ser muy bonito el espiral que se forma, sin deliciosas. Lo mejor de dos galletas en una.

A week ago I came home from work very tired and my boyfriend insistently asked me to bake cookies for him. I wanted to tell him no but the truth is that I love baking so I decided to please him, but I wanted them to be quick and easy to make and that's why I decided to try this recipe which is one of my favorites and I make them almost without measuring.

Hace una semana llegué del trabajo muy cansada y mi novio me pidio insistentemente que le preparara galletas. Yo quería decirle que no pero la verdad me encanta hornear así que decidí complacerlo, pero quise que fueran galletas rápidas y fáciles de hacer y por eso me animé con esta receta que es de mis favoritas y la hago casi sin medir.
 

For this recipe we need the following ingredients:
Butter 500 grams
Sugar 500 grams
Flour 4 and a half cups
Cacado 1/2 cup

You will need plastic wrap or envoplast paper.

Para esta receta necesitamos los siguientes ingredientes:
Mantequilla 500 gramos
Azúcar 500gramos
Harina 4tazas y media
Cacado 1/2 taza

Necesitarás papel plástico tipo film o envoplast

The first thing we will do is to mix all the butter and sugar. Then separate half of the mixture into two containers. Or if you prefer you can mix half of the butter and sugar from the beginning in separate containers.

Lo primero que haremos será mezclar toda la mantequilla y el azúcar. Para luego separar la mitad de la mezcla en dos envases. O si prefieres puedes mezclar la mitad de la mantequilla y el azúcar desde el inicio en envases separados.

Once this is done we will start with the vanilla mixture. We will add 2 and a half cups of wheat flour and mix well.
When the flour is incorporated, wrap the cookie dough in plastic wrap and take it to the freezer.

Hecho esto comenzaremos con la mezcla de vainilla. Vamos a agregar 2 tazas y media de harina de trigo y mezclaremos bien. 
Cuando esté incorporada la harina envolvernos la masa de galletas en plástico y llevaremos al congelador.

While the dough is resting, we will prepare the chocolate dough.
We will take the reserved butter and sugar mixture and add 2 cups of wheat flour and 1/2 cup of cocoa previously sifted, to prevent the cocoa lumps from remaining in the dough.

Mientras la masa que ya preparamos se reposa nos encargaremos de preparar la masa de chocolate.
Tomaremos la mezcla de mantequilla y azúcar reservada y agregaremos 2 tazas de harina de trigo y 1/2 taza de cacao previamente tamizada, para evitar que los grumos del cacao queden en la masa.

After about 20 minutes of resting in the freezer, take out both doughs and stretch them to make a rectangle of white dough and another rectangle. Carefully place the chocolate square on top of the vanilla square and slowly roll it up.
This roll should be put in the freezer for about twenty minutes.

Después de unos 20 minutos de reposo en el congelador sacamos ambas masas y estiramos hasta hacer un rectángulo de masa blanca y otro rectángulo. Con sino cuidado colocaremos el cuadrado de chocolate sobre el cuadro de vainilla e iremos enrollando lentamente. 
Este enrrollado lo llevaremos al congelador unos veinte minutos.

After the resting time, we will cut the dough about one centimeter thick.
The size of the cookie will depend on how wide your initial rectangle was. I made them big because I wanted to finish them quickly hahaha.

Pasado el tiempo de reposo, vamos a cortar la masa de un centímetro de grosor aproximadamente.
El tamaño de la galleta dependerá de que tan ancho haya Sido tu rectángulo inicial. Yo las hice grandes porque quería terminarlas rápido jajaja

We will place the cookies on the tray and you can take them to the freezer and freeze the ones you are not baking.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes

Colocaremos las galletas en la bandeja y puedes llevar al congelador las que no estés horneando las puedes congelar.
Llevamos al horno a temperatura de 180 grados centígrados por espacio de unos 15 minutos.

After baking, let them rest and they are ready to eat.
If you want to keep them better you can store them in a can. They will stay crispy for several weeks.
I can't tell you how many weeks because in my house they last a maximum of 2 days.

Luego de horneadas dejamos reposar y listas para comer.
Si quieres conservarlas mejor puedes guardarlas en una lata. Se mantendrán crujientes por varias semanas. 
No podría decirte cuántas semanas porque en mi casa duran máximo 2 días.
