Dear friends once again here, this time I will show you another mechanical skill I have and that is sewing machines.

A few years ago I worked in a textile company and I learned a lot in the garment area and my main job was to keep the sewing machines operational.

Sewing machines although one does not consider them to be a strong and complex mechanical element, they have very precise synchronization times and the smallest detail brings problems, whether it breaks the thread or bends or splits the needles.

Whenever a sewing machine breaks a needle we must check the timing again because it depends on the rpm at which it was working the impact misaligns and decalibrate the machine.

Usually the machines have a needle at the bottom called looper and the needles that we often know that goes up and down, the latter is the one that fails the most and therefore is cheaper but when the looper is damaged if it is more expensive and it costs a lot to get them of good quality.

In this opportunity I got this sewing machine, it is an industrial sewing machine, it has the capacity to make 3000 sheets per hour, a customer brought it to the store and wants to sell it but he brought it in the abandoned conditions shown in the photos.

For now I will just do a general maintenance cleaning it with mechanical spray formula and checking the times so that anyone interested in buying it can test it in operation.

Thank goodness the general condition of the machine is very good and still retains its label with the working times, I have not yet seen this type of machine working and I have not repaired it but I see that the table has synchronization levels according to the size of the sheet to be worked.

I will be documenting with you in more detail the process of maintenance and set up of this machine soon, I also have a pending overlock to make it work, stay tuned.

Queridos amigos una vez más por aquí, en esta oportunidad les mostraré otra habilidad mecanica que tengo y es la de las máquinas de coser.

Hace unos años trabaje en una empresa textil y aprendí mucho en el área de confección y mi trabajo principal era mantener las máquinas de coser operativas.

Las máquinas de coser aunque uno no lo considera son un fuerte y complejo elemento mecánico, llevan unos tiempos de sincronización muy precisos y el mínimo detalle trae problemas, ya sea que rompe el hilo o dobla o parte las agujas.

Siempre que una máquina de coser rompe una aguja debemos chequear bien el tiempo nuevamente ya que depende de las rpm a las que iba trabajando el impacto desajuste y descalibra la máquina.

Por lo general las máquinas llevan una aguja en la parte inferior llamada looper y las agujas que frecuentemente conocemos que sube y baja, está última es la que más falla y por ende es más económica pero ya cuando el looper se daña si es más costoso y cuesta mucho conseguirlos de buena calidad.

En esta oportunidad me llegó esta máquina de coser es una hojaladora industrial, tiene capacidad de hacer 3000 hojales por hora, está la trajo un cliente a la tienda y quiere venderla pero la trajo en las condiciones de abandono que se muestra en las fotos.

Por ahora solo haré un mantenimiento general limpiandola con fórmula mecánica en spray y verificando los tiempos para que cualquier interesado en comprarla la pueda probar en operación.

Menos mal el estado general de la máquina es muy bueno y aún conserva su etiqueta con los tiempos de trabajo, de este tipo de máquinas aún no e visto trabajar y tampoco las e reparado pero veo que la tabla tiene niveles de sincronización según el tamaño de hojal que se va a trabajar.

Estaré documentando con ustedes con más detalles el proceso de mantenimiento y puesta a punto de esta máquina pronto, también tengo una overlock pendiente para hacerla funcionar estén atentos.
