Queridos amigos hoy vengo con el proceso de mi pan de jamón tan tradicional en nuestra amada Venezuela.

Desde hace muchos años lo preparaba con mi mamá y me quedaban muy buenos luego de realizar mis cursos de panadería me quedan de otro nivel (modestia aparte) he aprendido muchas técnicas y también he realizado mis propias versiones.

La mejor de mis versiones es con mermelada de tocineta aunque este año como estoy comercializando los panes los estoy haciendo de manera tradicional salvó que los clientes que ya han probado me hagan el pedido exclusivo.

Este pan cuenta con más de medio kilo de relleno de primera calidad y 500gr de masa.

Luego del horneado alcanza 45cm y mas de 1.5kg de peso, un pan bastante rendidor para la familia entera.

Espero disfruten de las imágenes y me disculpan no poder transmitir el olor del horneado y el sabor al comerlo😁.

Dear friends, today I come with the process of my ham bread, so traditional in our beloved Venezuela.
For many years I used to prepare it with my mother and they were very good and after taking my bakery courses I have learned many techniques and I have also made my own versions.
The best of my versions is with bacon jam although this year as I am commercializing the breads I am making them in the traditional way except that customers who have already tasted them make me the exclusive order.
This bread has more than half a kilo of first quality filling and 500gr of dough.
After baking it reaches 45cm and more than 1.5kg of weight, a very yielding bread for the whole family.
