Querida comunidad espero todos estén disfrutando de estos ricos carnavales como mejor les parezca, nosotros celebramos desde casa porque parte de mis hijos estaban con gripes y la mayor con mucha tarea.

Si vamos hablar de la felicidad pienso que la felicidad son momentos que debemos atesorar, no todo lo que hacemos por más que queremos nos trae felicidad, en el paso de mi vida e notado como son más los momentos de estrés, de cansancio y hasta de tristeza que los felices.

Pero siempre está nuestro norte para ser felices,el compartir con amigos aunque en estos días de la vida adulta con las complicaciones de cada quien son menos frecuentes por eso hay que valorarlos, mi norte diariamente es llegar a casa y escuchar el grito de mis hijos llegó papá.

Cocinar siempre rico para la familia es algo que me llena de felicidad y satisfacción, siempre toca innovar adaptar y resolver con lo que hay en la nevera pero conociendo el paladar de cada uno de los miembros del hogar para no ver malas caras 🤣.

Disfrutar de una rica música acompañada de un buen trago son la combinación perfecta para olvidar los problemas del día a día y después dormir como un bebé.

Últimamente tengo una nueva meta y es mudarme a la casa de mi papá la cual antes de su muerte estaba remodelando y quedó en obra gris, está meta me la puse a finales del año pasado y justamente aproveche estos días libres para ir acondicionado y pintando para terminar cada área en la medida de lo posible.

Ayer pase todo el día haciendo remates con pasta profesional, luego pintando la primera capa de pintura, fue tanta la satisfacción de este trabajo que por más que fueron más de 8 horas de dedicación no existía cansancio alguno.

Por esta y otras cosas toca aprovechar cada momento de felicidad ya que como dice el dicho si estás mal no te preocupes que no es para siempre todo hay que dejarlo en manos de Dios y el universo que si tú haces las cosas bien siempre conspirara a tu favor.

Has el bien sin mirar a quien ahí está el secreto de la felicidad, cada momento, cada compartir, cada conversación, juego con tus hijos, etc. Disfrútalos que todos son momentaneos pero en nuestra mente perduran por siempre y se va acumulando uno al otro.

If we are going to talk about happiness I think that happiness are moments that we should treasure, not everything we do as much as we want brings us happiness, in the course of my life I have noticed that there are more moments of stress, tiredness and even sadness than happy ones.

But there is always our north to be happy, sharing with friends although in these days of adult life with the complications of each person are less frequent so we must value them, my north daily is to get home and hear the cry of my children came dad.

Cooking always rich for the family is something that fills me with happiness and satisfaction, it is always time to innovate, adapt and solve with what is in the fridge but knowing the palate of each of the members of the household to not see bad faces 🤣.

Enjoying a rich music accompanied by a good drink are the perfect combination to forget the day to day problems and then sleep like a baby.

Lately I have a new goal and it is to move to my dad's house which before his death was remodeling and was left in gray work, this goal I set at the end of last year and just take advantage of these days off to go conditioning and painting to finish each area as far as possible.

For this and other things it is time to take advantage of every moment of happiness because as the saying goes if you are bad do not worry it is not forever everything must be left in the hands of God and the universe that if you do things right always conspire in your favor.

Do good without looking at who is the secret of happiness, every moment, every sharing, every conversation, play with your children, etc.. Enjoy them, they are all momentary but in our mind they last forever and accumulate one to the other.
