Today I woke up early, really very early, as it is the only way to organize my day according to the long hours of electricity rationing to which we are subjected daily. It is so much anguish and tension accumulated by this situation, that I thought of sitting down to write in my blog about everything that is bothering me and make catharsis of the subject. But my biggest surprise was to enter the community and find so many people expressing the same lament, that made me feel a comfort for not being alone in this, to identify with my brothers, and to spiritually protect us in the same cry.

In the 90s, most of the animated series of the time were anime. Pokémon, Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, Captain Tsubasa (Super Campeones), Digimon, Saint Seiya, and probably a few others kept us company in the afternoons. So, it’s safe to say that every 90s kid has an inner otaku, haha. Even though Digimon’s original seasons seem like an incredibly good series to me, my heart always belonged and will always belong to Sailor Moon. Why? Because I’m a Sailor Scout fighting for love and justice, and because Tuxedo Mask was my first certified crush, haha. While walking around Medellín, I stumbled upon this restaurant aimed at the otaku crowd—whether they’re open about it or living in the shadows, like me.

I never had a post like this before but I love having started this hobby and I hope there will be many more. The puzzles are not my forte because it takes a lot of concentration, patience and perseverance, things that I usually do not have 100% JAJA, but together with my boyfriend we are motivated to have a memory that lasts to celebrate our apartment, and to be part of the decoration of this.
