When a person finishes his day, he lets tiredness take over his body and mind. However, at such moments, a deep thought begins to emerge: the "I", which begins to take control of his own life, causing him to do and say things without thinking about what he does or says, and thinking that they could only make things worse. It's still not too late to tell you how my September went; it really was a month of intense emotions and so diverse that it seems unreal, I still don't know where it's all headed but I'm still living one day at a time and trying to be aware of the present and being as observant as possible especially of my coffees. 🤭

My Salsa Casino teacher José had his birthday and to celebrate he not only took a cake, but we also organized a barbecue to eat together and share. Really, laughter and enjoyment are never missing in these meetings, good music. There are many new things coming up in my life that I have to work on, so I am always grateful with what I have and with what is coming.

I found an inspiring mural (ESP/ENEG)

The other day I was walking downtown with my daughter while we were doing some shopping and suddenly I found something beautiful that inspired me many beautiful feelings, above all it made me think about the importance of street art when used correctly, it can inspire other people and even change their mood. What I found exactly is a mural inspired by Charles Chapling that made me think of his movie “Modern Times” from 1936 for which he wrote the melody of “Smile” and that's precisely how we see the main character, smiling.
