COOKING DELICIOUS CHURROS (ENG-ESP)

Today I want to share with you this recipe for churros that you can make at home in an easy and simple way.

As I had commented in my introduction, I like cooking and everything related to it, although I am rarely in it.

This is an idea that I had in mind for days, since in the networks did not stop appearing to me, but I had not had the opportunity to make it, until now.

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL

Hoy le quiero compartir esta receta de churros que pueden hacer en casa de una manera fácil y sencilla

Como había comentado en mi introducción, me gusta la cocina y todo lo que se relacione con ella, aunque rara vez estoy en ella.

Esta es una idea que tenía en mente desde hace días, ya que en las redes no me dejaban de aparecer, pero no había tenido la oportunidad de hacerla, hasta ahora.

Ingredients:

1 cup of water
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup flour
¼ cup sugar
Oil for frying
Chocolate or dulce de leche

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL

Ingredientes:

1 taza de agua
1 pizca de sal
2 cucharadas de mantequilla
1 taza de harina
¼ de taza de azúcar
Aceite para freír
Chocolate o dulce de leche

Preparation

STEP 1) Boil the water with the butter, the sugar and the pinch of salt until they are completely combined.

STEP 2) Once the first step is ready, turn off the heat and proceed to add the flour already sifted and mix until a homogeneous dough is formed.

STEP 3) once the dough is ready, proceed to a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle or something similar to make the churros.

STEP 4) In a frying pan place the oil to fry until it is hot and ready to fry.

STEP 5) Form the churros in the size of your preference and fry them.

STEP 6) Once ready, they can be dipped in sugar or spread with chocolate or dulce de leche.

Preparación

PASO 1) Se pone a hervir el agua con la mantequilla, el azúcar y la pizca de sal hasta que estos se complementen por completo

PASO 2) ya listo el primer paso, se apaga el fuego y se procede a agregar la harina ya tamizada y se mezcla hasta formar una masa homogénea

PASO 3) ya preparada la masa, se procede a pasar a una manga repostera con una boquilla con forma de estrella o algo parecido para hacer los churros

PASO 4) En una sartén colocamos el aceite para freír hasta que esté caliente y listo para freír

PASO 5) Se forman los churros del tamaño de su preferencia y se ponen a freír

PASO 6) Ya listos se pueden pasar por azúcar o se pueden untar con chocolate o dulce de leche
