Solo’s weekly picks: Life

avatar

With so many ways of living, its amazing reading some posts about peoples lives. Some things I learn I never thought about before it was brought up in a post, even if its a daily occurrence for the poster. So this week I looked for some life posts by Hive plankton and minnows, as I always find unique and interesting stories on the Hive blockchain.

Here are five posts by plankton and minnows about life:

Maturin and its crazy weather - Rainy day in Maturin | Maturin y su clima loco - Día de lluvia en Maturin by @thaliaperez

https://peakd.com/hive-187189/@thaliaperez/maturin-and-its-crazy-weather-rainy-day-in-maturin-or-maturin-y-su-clima-loco-dia-de-lluvia-en-maturin

A rainy day did not stop them from going out and about. Visiting family and hanging outside before the rains got too strong. But this is a normal occurrence there, and they find themselves checking the weather app often to see if more rain is expected.

One more day by @belemo

https://peakd.com/hive-196233/@belemo/one-more-day

Traveling on work can be stressful, but it is key for some to get the income they need to survive. In this post they write about traveling doing sales, and how it makes them nervous. But knowing they can secure a job keeps pushing them.

Manali-Leh Highway : Guardians of the Cold Desert - A Glimpse into Nomadic Life by @himalayanwomb

https://peakd.com/hive-163772/@himalayanwomb/manali-leh-highway--guardians-of-the-cold-desert-a-glimpse-into-nomadic-life

Over 100 miles from the closest city, these people live out in the desert and trade livestock and live a nomadic life. This hive user visited their homes and documented their experience there.

Річка, що надихала художників та приваблювала самогубців/The river that inspired artists and attracted suicides (Ua/En) by @juliaskor

https://peakd.com/hive-165469/@juliaskor/richka-sho-nadikhala-khudozhnikiv-ta

This cold river has many stores to tell, and in this post they talk about some of the history of the bridge along with accounts from people throughout the years living around it.

Another hidden Tuscan village! By @silviared945

https://peakd.com/hive-163772/@silviared945/another-hidden-tuscan-village

Visiting a small town they have to leave their car behind as the roads become more narrow. Finding themselves walking through the town they noticed most people do not life there but mostly vacation in the area. It makes it quiet there at the time of their visit.

Thats my five picks for this week, come back next week to see
Solo's next weekly picks. I curate posts every Tuesday and do this through MSP. Thanks so much to the Minnow Support Group for giving me the opportunity to serve as a curator!

Your work, dear @solominer , continues to be very excellent, especially when you mention a publication related to the city of Maturín, the land where I lived for many years, even graduating as a teacher at the Pedagogical School of that city. I admire your curative work of publications. Thank you for your continuous visits to my publications, which I restarted due to health problems. successes.

That's right, dear @solominer Maturín is the city where my family lives, that's why the selection of the publication refers to that town, I now live in Cumaná facing the Caribbean Sea, three hours away by Carretera de Maturín, this city (Maturín) is very flat, with great oil production, with beautiful plains, it is very livestock and agricultural. I reiterate my thanks for your beautiful job of highlighting the publications referring to the locations worldwide. successes.

Most of us post for our to read, while other read tcarefully to check the best of of it, you are right, most of the things I have learnt it won't be possible if not for hive, learn other people culture, how they believe and the things they do, on a daily without being there, this is all possible due to @hive.

Supporting newbies is one noble thing to do on the blockchain as newbies can get lost in the mix and some might give up before they even start,

Great job @solominer
