Hello Actifitters! I hope you all are doing well and having a great day there. Today at the day time I went to the market for some shopping and when I came back I stayed most of the in home again.

At the evening I called my friends to come outside of their homes and I also went outside, after that we went for a long walk and also we jogged for a little time today.
At the end of today's exercise we all did 15 push-ups. My step count today have reached to 6.8k steps!
