My Christmas tree decoration was a little unusual this year.
I couldn't put up a tree this year, so I decided to decorate one out in the wild.
This is what I ended up with:
This was taken about noon, and the moon was mostly full. It looked pretty cool! With my wife in the hospital, this was the only Christmas tree I decorated....

I went behind the shopping center to "Golden Pond":
This is my quiet place, it gets me out of the city fast!
I tried a filter on my camera they call natural:
They claim it will give the proper color and lighting balance to a picture. I'm not impressed with the results. Color is way off, and the overall light levels are terrible!

I am so sorry to hear she is still in hospital! I've been worried, you've been so absent. But here you are, playing around in parking lots to amuse yourself. I enjoyed it too.
It's cuts into my other time when I focus everything on her. I've been spending two nights there, then coming home one night to sleep and shower; so I can come right back!
Now I may have flu, so I'm being forced to stay away from her; to protect her. So time will tell.

Yes I remember trying to manage my other duties and my own health while someone I loved was in hospital, and I needed very much to be there. If my son was in, I really could not leave or I would come back to a disaster. But there was another child at home, all by herself! I think she was 14 during his worst episode of two months in the hospital. I used to drive home once the medical days slowed down (about an hour's drive) to have dinner with her, then drive back to be overnight with him, because those overnight doctors and nurses were the most sadistic. One night there was a blizzard and I could not return. He refused some ridiculous test they sprung on him, said he wanted to wait until I was back. I heard a HORROR STORY of what they did to him from our roommate. Awful places.

Pine needle tea works for me, but I'm sure you've got your own remedies going on. I hope you feel better soon!
Echenacea, zinc, quinine, colloidal silver, vitamin C, DM, nettle tea, Irish mist, lemon and ginseng. Not taking any chances, LOL!
Fever today, so it's good I'm not there right now! I've got a pot of hot nettle tea running right now.
