Greetings to my Hive family and Cent community,

It's @skyehi and I'm back with another blog post that I believe would intrigue, educate and entertain you at the same time.

For some days now I've been doing an extensive study on the nature of animals and the financial lessons we can learn from them. I put a lot of work and time into that research because I believe there's a lot to learn from the animals when it comes to virtues we need for success.

It turned out that there are quite a lot of lessons we can learn from the animals.

One very amazing thing I have come to realize is that animals, with their unique behaviors and survival strategies, have so much to teach us about managing our finances.

In this blog post, we'll delve into the financial lessons we can learn from seven remarkable animals.

I picked seven animals because seven is the number that represents perfection. Hopefully after learning about each of these animals, we will be made perfect in our understanding and knowledge on finance. 😁

I wanted to start with the majestic lion because well "The Lion is King, So Kings Go First!!!".

The Lion : Teamwork, Collaboration and Strategy

Lions, as kings of the jungle, often hunt together in a well coordinated manner. You barely see Lions hunt preys bigger than them alone. They work as a team to bring down preys.

This showcases the true power of collaboration.

They can take down a prey four times their individual size through team work.

Now similarly, in the financial world, working together with others can lead to more significant success than deciding to go solo or DIY, Do It yourself.

There's always more impact in collaborative work than single work.

So whether it's forming investment partnerships or joining forces in business ventures, teamwork can make our financial goals more attainable.

However the Lions work with Lions of the pride. Trust is a very important key when it comes to any form of teamwork or collaborations. If you feel the slightest doubt with anyone, it will be wise not to work with them to protect your investment and save yourself from trouble.

The Squirrel : Saving for the Future

Squirrels are really famous for gathering and storing nuts for the winter months. This behavior emphasizes the importance of saving for the future.

There are various reasons why it's necessary to save for the future and may include; an unexpected budget increase, an investment opportunity, an emergency fund required or for retirement sake.

Just as the squirrels diligently prepare for lean times, we can secure our future financial well-being by setting aside money for emergencies and long-term goals.

I literally made a blog post with over a thousands words about the many lessons we can learn from the squirrels on LeoFinance.

The Ant : True Diligence and Perseverance

Ants are some of the most relentless workers, tirelessly collecting food and building colonies.

Their unwavering commitment to their job teaches us the value of hard work and persistence.

I sometimes observe the ants for a while and ask myself whether these ants even rest at all. If they're not matching in a ridiculously long line carrying food, they're definitely building their colonies.

You're going to need the virtue of hard work and due diligence in order to see the huge financial success you desire. I'm just stating facts guys, true and honest wealth won't come easy. You will need to put in the work like the ants do.

So in your finances, consistent effort and a never-give-up attitude can lead to success and financial stability.

The Dolphin : Adaptability

Dolphins are incredibly adaptable creatures.

They are capable of successfully thriving in different ocean environments.

There are nicer and more comfortable terrains and some environments are a bit rough but no matter the ocean, the dolphin still thrives.

Financial success often hinges on our ability to adapt to changing circumstances. There could be a time when a certain type of business strategy would work and a time where the same strategy fails you.

A classic example was during the global pandemic. At that time, the smartest and quickest businessmen and business women profited a lot from selling items related to COVID-19 management which includes; soaps, sanitizers and facemasks. They adapted to the times and season. Nowadays sales of these same items don't succeed as much.

Being open to new investment opportunities, adjusting to market shifts or change in trends, and embracing innovation can help us achieve our financial goals.

Do not get too stuck or attached to one strategy or business model. Be prepared to change your style completely with changes in seasons and you can be sure to win always.

The Eagle : Vision, Focus and concentration

Ever heard the phrase "The Eye of the Eagle" ?

Eagles possess exceptional vision, enabling them to spot their prey from great heights or distances.

This emphasizes the importance of having a clear financial vision and staying focused on long-term objectives.

One thing you should always have is a definite goal. For instance; do not just say you want to be wealthy, you need to be specific on whether a millionaire or a billionaire or just a financially free individual.

The goal you set must be specific. When you have a definite goal, your mind can effectively produce the right ideas to achieve those goals.

Setting specific financial goals and maintaining concentration can guide us toward better financial decisions and wealth accumulation.

Be like the eagle; have a clear vision and focus on the vision to achieve it.

The Beaver : Managing your resource

Beavers are very skilled builders.

They are capable of constructing really elaborate dams and lodges. Sometimes I get really surprised when I find out that it was a bunch of beavers that built those awesome structures.

The resourcefulness of these little beavers truly highlights the importance of efficient resource management in finances.

One skill you need to really learn is how to properly make a budget for your incomes and finance.

We need to Learn how to properly allocate our resources wisely, minimize wasteful spending, and make prudent financial choices.

Doing this effectively can significantly impact our financial stability. Do not spend on things you don't need if you don't have a boot load of money in your account and lots of assets to cover up those expensive bills.

Always ensure that your income is on a budget that ends up with you saving a good portion of the money for the purpose of future investments.

Resource management and budgeting is a really crucial skill and discipline you need in order to be able to save money effectively. If you don't manage your resources, you will not be able to budget the income enough to save.

The Penguin : Community and Mutual Support

The final animal on our list for today is the Penguin. Very cute and friendly but with a good trait that teaches some financial lessons for us to learn from.

Penguins live in very close-knit communities where they rely on one another for warmth and protection.

This social structure teaches us the value of community and mutual support in financial matters.

By Building networks, seeking advice from peers or experts and establishing a support system you will be able to navigate financial challenges more effectively.

As you seek help and support from others, you can find quick solutions to your problems and have more people help you reach your goals faster.

To bring my blog post to a closure, I'm sure based on this blog post, you have come to the same conclusion I did that the animals offer us valuable financial insights through their behaviors.

As we apply these lessons to our financial lives, we can make more informed decisions, achieve our goals, and secure our financial future.

Let me make a summary of the whole thing for everyone.

The Lion teaches teamwork, the squirrel teaches savings, the ant teaches hard work, the dolphin teaches adaptability, the eagle teaches clear vision, the beaver teaches budgeting and the penguins teach us about mutual support.

I hope you enjoyed this blog topic for today. As always I'll be more than happy to respond to any question or comment you may have regarding my blog post.

Have a lovely day and catch you next time on the Cent Community and the Hive Blockchain. Bye ✍️
