The Progenitor - Post Rock Improvisation
I finally started recording again now that my shoulder is finished healing. To get back into the swing of things I recorded a rough post rock style jam with a few tracks on my home made partsocaster with bias fx 2. The drums were programmed in superior drummer using the post rock ezx. For the video I spliced together some of my fractals from jwildfire in after effects.
I called this one the progenitor as the fractals remind me of an evolving pattern that continues generating numerous variations based on a theme with a common set of variables as the progenitor. Thanks for listening :-)

Hey Sketchy! Glad to hear your shoulder is better. Sounding good. The look of the fractals match up with the repeating delay.
Thankfully no surgery but dang it took forever to heal. I think I used the giant dotted eighth preset in bias fx 2 for the delay.
I know it's frustrating when you are injured, but it sounds like you have not lost your playing abilities. Nice tune.

I can feel a bit of rust in my playing after going so long, gotta shake it loose lol. Beware the bicep tendonitis seemed like it would never go away took almost a year to finally let up.
