Wednesday Walk - Morning Sun Blast

Here are a few morning sunrise blasts from my walks to work for this #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay

It seems the sun is in just the right position each morning to blind me while walking across this bridge to work.

Through each cross street it blinds me. Makes for some interesting reflections while the city is completely empty.

Finally the next day it was a bit less blinding.

Perhaps the train was a tiny bit later and the sun had moved a bit farther down.

Now the next day it is back again with a vengeance.

Meanwhile back home in suburbia the sunsets are nice and pleasant.

Now when I get home it is already dark when I take my daughter out for a walk.

Now that fall is approaching the ducks are filling up on acorns and are so fat that they don't even want to run that fast away from my daughter chasing them.

That's all for now, we'll see if tomorrow blinds me with the sun in the morning again. Thanks for looking and don't forget your sunglasses :-)

It is very beautiful the sunrise you show, it is a nice place. Greetings from Venezuela.

Thanks, it feels a bit strange to have to wear sunglasses so early in the morning while walking to work.

Lovely sunrise, so powerful. Also, very powerful how time passes so quickly, as if it was yesterday that your daughter was born and look at her now, chasing the ducks. So sweet!

Yeah time flies and they grow up so fast. Soon she will be fast enough to actually catch a duck lol.

Better watch out those squirrels are kinda mean. They were throwing walnuts down off the trees at us and managed to hit my wife in the head.

Cool harsh sunrise shots in the city. The light is so much softer in suburbia haha the sunrise shots remind me of seeing photos in NY of Manhattanhenge or the Manhatten Solstice wiki

In the train station they are pushing chicagohenge. I guess getting blinded in the early morning is technically the same thing.
