Harmonogram dzisiejszego dnia był napięty. Miałem dużo obaw w związku z wizytą elektryka na budowie celem wykonania pomiarów, które muszą być załącznikiem do odbioru domu. Ale na szczęście okazało się, że nie przeszliśmy tej próby. Tak cieszymy się z tego. Nasz wykonawca miał w zakresie wykonanie wewnętrznej instalacji elektrycznej, którą wykonał, choć bez uziemienia. Wykonawca fotowoltaiki dla swojej instalacji zrobił swoją i było ryzyko, że generalnemu upiecze się i nie będzie musiał robić uziemienia. Niby się da tak działać, ale z tego co mi mówią to jest to mniej bezpieczne. Mamy też daleką zagwozdkę i nie wiemy co zrobić. Mamy pierwsze dwie oferty na wykończenie. Pierwszą z polecanej firmy na około 76 tys. zł robocizna + podstawowe materiały (jak gładzie, grunty etc.). Druga to pakiet firmy 150 tys. zł (ale z materiałami+ projektant z poprawkami i zmianami). Co wy byście wybrali?
Today's schedule was tight. I had a lot of concerns about the electrician's visit to the construction site to take measurements, which must be an annex to the house acceptance. But fortunately, it turned out that we did not pass this test. We are so happy about it. Our contractor was supposed to perform the internal electrical installation, which he did, although without grounding. The photovoltaic contractor did his own installation for his own and there was a risk that the general would get away with it and not have to do the grounding. It seems possible to do it this way, but from what they tell me, it is less safe. We also have a long way to go and we do not know what to do. We have the first two offers for finishing. The first from a recommended company for about PLN 76,000 for labor + basic materials (such as plasters, primers, etc.). The second is a package from a company for PLN 150,000 (but with materials + designer with corrections and changes). What would you choose?

Trudna decyzja i równie trudno jest jednoznacznie odpowiedzieć (doradzić).
My mieliśmy wykonawcę "pod klucz", czyli cały pakiet.
Było to bardzo wygodne. Mogliśmy wybrać płytki podłogowe, rodzaj ogrzewania itd, akceptować lub odrzucać projekty (np kuchni czy zabudowy szaf w sypialniach, rozkładu łazienki), żądać wszelakich zmian czy wybrać kolor drzwi.
Nie obchodziły nas zakupy ani transport, wybieraliśmy tylko towar w wyznaczonych sklepach.
Sami kupiliśmy tylko sprzęt AGD do zabudowy i oświetlenie a wykonawca wszystko zamontował i podłączył.
Nie mówię że nie było zgrzytów ale jakoś poszło i to w miarę szybko.
No my właśnie czytamy, że w tych pakietowych wykończeniach specjalnie brakuje elementarnych części, więc niezależnie od tego co zrobisz zawsze musisz dokupić coś ponad pakiet wg cennika, który nie reklamują. Więc już sami nie wiemy.
U nas było wszystko zgodnie z wcześniejszymi ustaleniami 🙂
Trzeba dokładnie przeanalizować oferowane pakiety.
Obawiam się, że wybierając inną opcję i znając grecki brak zapału, jeszcze byśmy nie skończyli.
Chcieliśmy również mieć własny prąd ale wszyscy wykonawcy nas zapewniali, że to się nie uda.
Według wyliczeń, trzeba było dać panele nie tylko na dachu, ale też w sporej części ogrodu. Do tego specjalne pomieszczenie na baterie itd.
A oprócz paneli słonecznych jeszcze wiatraki, w razie braku słońca.
Mówili, że nie da rady, żeby wszystkie sprzęty elektryczne mogły działać w miarę równocześnie. Proponowali dodatkowo generator prądu na paliwo (hałas i opary).
To było jakieś 15 lat temu i teraz zapewne są nowocześniejsze rozwiązania.
