Ten wczorajszy post to był niewypał. Nie dość, że wstałem o 4, bo coś mi przyśniło. Prses godzinę później weryfikowałem kontakt za kontaktem sms, czy takie coś mogło mieć miejsce. Potem wesołe miasteczko, by następnie przejść do pierwszego etapu tematu głównego dzisiejszego raportu - poszukiwania zaginionej studni. Problem z tym questem jest taki, że nie wiem, jak wytłumaczyć innym nie tylko to co się dzieje, ale też i moich decyzji i zachowań. Po krótce, działkę kupiliśmy uzbrojoną w wodociąg i kanalizację. Było na planach, podczas uzgodnień do WZ czy pozwolenia na budowę nie było żadnego problemu. Teraz myśląc o odbiorze muszę załatwić oficjalne przyłączenie. Zatrudniłem projektanta, który ma się tym zająć. W wirze zmian i adaptacji, wodomierze zmieniały swoje miejsce. W to planowano je w garażu a to w pomieszczeniu gospodarczym w budynku. Było o to kilka kłótni pomiędzy kooperantami. Parę dni temu, dzwoni mi projektant od przyłącza, że wodociągi nie zgadzają się na przeniesienie liczników ze studni licznikowej, bo zostały one wykonane z jakimś dofinansowaniem. Ale zaraz? Jaka studnia licznikowa? No na planach coś takiego jest, ale ja nigdy nie widziałem. Chcecie mi powiedzieć, że ciągnę 50m szlaucha od sąsiada i siedzę na działce po kilka godzin, żeby napełnić mausery a mam wodę ot tak dostępną? Nie kojarzę żadnej studzienki w tej części działki, ale myślę sobie, że generalny wykonawca ma również w zleceniu utwardzanie terenu, więc może przez pomyłkę ją przykryli. Dodatkowo dorzucę, że jak lali fundamenty, to resztówkę betonu wylali na teren podjazdu. Wczoraj i dzisiaj rozkuwałem więc beton. A studni, jak nie było, tak nie ma.

Briefly speaking, we bought a plot of land with water and sewage systems. It was on the plans, there were no problems when making arrangements for building permit. Now, thinking about the reception, I have to arrange official connection. I hired a designer to handle this. In the whirlwind of changes and adaptations, water meters changed their place. They were planned to be in the garage and in the utility room of the building. There were several arguments between the partners about this. A few days ago, the connection designer called me to say that the waterworks do not agree to transfer the meters from the meter well because they were made with some funding. But wait? Which meter well? Well, there's something like that on the plans, but I've never seen it. Do you want to tell me that I drag a hose 50 meters from the neighbor and sit in the plot for several hours to fill the Mausers and I have water available just like that? I don't remember any well in this part of the plot, but I think that the general contractor also ordered hardening of the area, so maybe they covered it by mistake. Additionally, I will add that when they were pouring the foundations, they poured the remaining concrete into the driveway area. So yesterday and today I was breaking down concrete. And if there was no well, there is no well.
