Watching Sunset in My Balcony

How are you guys today ? I hope you are all healthy and happy.

Today the weather is sunny and the sky is beautiful. I spent the afternoon relaxing on the balcony enjoying the beauty of the sky this afternoon.

Did you know that it turns out that watching the sunset view can provide benefits for you? Following are some of them:

● Gives a new perception of time. Have you ever felt that time flies so fast? Usually, you will feel this when you are doing something fun until time seems to go by quickly. Or maybe when you're being chased by a lot of work deadlines. In these conditions, when you look at the sunset you will feel as if time is moving slowly. This happens because you are fixated on the beauty of the scene so that you feel time is running slower. Moreover, the boundless vastness of the sky gave off even more of the same impression.

● Gives peace. There have been many studies conducted regarding the benefits of looking at the sunset on a person's psychology. One of them is a study conducted by the University of Miami which states that looking at the sunset can give you positive energy that can overcome depression problems. The results of this study have been published in a journal, The Journal of Neuroscience.

● Improve mood. Enjoying the beauty of the sunset can also effectively improve your mood which is bad for various reasons. For example, when you hear bad news, are under pressure, are in an unpleasant situation, and so on. Even for those of you who work in the creative field and are not in the mood so you can't come up with new creative ideas, watching the sunset can help you overcome these problems. Because, a beautiful sunset view can bring up ideas and increase one's creativity.

● Make more grateful. The beautiful view of the sunset will make you feel more grateful because you are still given the opportunity to enjoy it.
