Melon Pudding Layered with Coconut Milk Pudding

Today I will make a dessert, which is a healthy pudding. Because it is made from fruit. So, what I will make this time is a layer of melon pudding with coconut milk.

The ingredients needed are also simple, namely enough melon, coconut milk, jelly powder and water.

•The first step that needs to be done is puree the melon using a juicer until smooth.

•Then enter the jelly powder into the pan then pour the melon juice and stir until blended.

•Then turn on the stove over low heat and cook until it boils while stirring. After boiling, pour the pudding into the mold.

The next step is to make a layer of coconut milk pudding. The method is not too different.

First pour the coconut milk into the pan then add 700ml of water then pour the agar powder and stir until blended. Then turn on the stove over low heat and cook until it boils.

After the coconut milk pudding layer has boiled and the melon pudding layer has hardened, slowly pour the coconut milk pudding layer over the melon pudding. Then allow the pudding to cool and harden and then put it in the refrigerator for a few hours. After the pudding has cooled in the refrigerator for a few hours, it is ready to be removed from the mold and ready to be enjoyed.

This is the result of the melon layer pudding with coconut milk. In terms of appearance, this pudding is very beautiful with a combination of white from coconut milk and green from melon.

The taste is also very good, the combination of the creamy taste of the coconut milk with the fresh sweetness of the melon. It is very suitable to be served as a dessert. This recipe is very easy and healthy too.
