Finally ……the rain stopped!
Last night was a continuous nonstop downpour! 😅
“ Well at least I don’t need to shovel rain Liz Lol!”😇
“ Silvertop will you check the mail before we hike! “🥰
“ Nothing honey”……….🙄
UPS, FedEx, and the US post Office deliveries are all running several days behind!😮
As we headed uphill today we passed our neighbor and local law-enforcement officer Dan……….
He was pulling Mail from his Mailbox…….
“ It’s a miracle Silvertop Lol!“🤗
“ Silvertop where is OUR Mail! “🤔
Some of our packages were delivered to the local Post Office last Wednesday…..
No one, including the post office, has a clue about where they are!🙄
Hmmm………..🤔
We continued our hike uphill, Silvertop will watch for these packages tomorrow!😊
All that remains of our 11 1/2 inches of snow today are a few snow boulders!
If I didn’t include a “snow” photo, it would be hard to believe this Winter storm even happened!😮
Now is when the stories start to come out about how some of our neighbors didn’t have ANY trouble driving through this snow………

Silvertop can remembered many years ago Liz was a backup vocal in a Church Choir.
It was a winter storm like this one……
I would not drive Liz to practice, the roads were extremely dangerous!
The husband of one of the other Ladies said……
“ No big deal, I will come pick you up in my four-wheel-drive!”
He arrived with a smashed out glass window!😳
One of the things that I have learned through life, is to listen, and trust your heart!😇
I apply this thinking to my hikes…..we have dangerous critters in the forest 😺, and to everyday life in general…… including my crypto trading Lol!😊😇
Be safe, think things through twice, and enjoy the outdoors my friends!🤗

I suspect lots of folks 'say' it was no trouble, but the reality of it is that they had a death grip on the steering wheel while they traversed it.🙄
