I’m Shrinking! 😳 My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2024

I’m shrinking!!😳
Now this is a new one for Silvertop, a purple snowman Lol!🤣
Paparazzi Silvertop had to stop and snap a photo of this very colorful snowman across the street from our Church this morning!
Several other people were smiling as they checked out this winter creation, on the way into Church!☺️
Purple is the local High school color, and it looks like someone has the school spirit!🤗
The third photo is a computer generated drawing of our proposed new Church building.
Everyone is hoping to close the contract on the land this Fall at 1.1 million dollars.
Then the plan, is to complete the building and have services in this new Church the following year!😊
Big plans…….🤗
Today’s cold drizzling rain, has melted away so much of the snow in the valley.
It’s hard to believe this storm shut down most businesses for three days!🙄
The Mrs has enjoyed an impromptu mini vacation!😍
I feel bad for horses up here……….
If they are outside, they usually have a waterproof blanket, but they don’t look happy……
Silvertop and Liz had three horses when we lived at 8,000 feet above sea level, in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
It was a very dry climate, less than 13% humidity.
Our horses refused to be blanketed!
One of our geldings “Jack”, would roll on the ground to remove his blanket, even when nights dropped to -20°F🙄
We had a very nice 40x60 barn with individual stalls, and Jack and his Mare “Piti” would head down into the pasture, apparently oblivious to the cold, and wanting no part of a barn or blanket!😳
We learned very quickly, that horses can have a stubborn streak, and they definitely have a mind of their own Lol!😇
Back home in the foothills of the Pacific Northwest , Mail delivers are still nonexistent………….
“ Honey, maybe we will get our Amazon packages by next week Lol!”😇
If there is ANY snow on the ground, they refuse to deliver anything………🤔
“ Well Liz, if this cold rain continues, we should have deliveries soon, it’s melting fast Lol!”🥰
“ Rain check on today’s hike honey!” 😅
“ Absolutely Silvertop!”🥰
A new week, and a fresh start tomorrow!🤗
