" If I had such an opportunity I would tell my younger self that life is very changeable and difficult to predict so my guidance would be to study a university career that has to do more with pure sciences, which can provide the versatility to exercise such profession in any country of the globe 😅 no doubt this would be a great tool that would provide help in the future knowing how everything will become in Venezuela and that I know that I will migrate in the medium term, although this advice applies to anyone living in third world countries. I would also say that learning a trade that is to your liking, in addition to your university career is not superfluous because it is another great tool that can provide you with options in the future that can even become an entrepreneurial project that provides economic freedom. Finally, I would tell him that successful people are not measured by a university degree or trade, although they are great tools, but by the ability to adapt to changes and work with the tools he has, and resilience can be a great ally."

"I should not fear failure. One of the problems I faced being my younger self was that I was scared of failure, this didn't make me explore and search for deeper goals, I didn't dream big, I just make do with what I have. I settled for less, now I know I deserve better.

The doubting mind of if I do this what will happen if I do that what will happen, instead of taking the risks and see how it will turn out. To my younger self I will say take risks, if it out turns out good you win, if it turns out bad, you learn.

To love myself first and not allow people's opinion to determine my well being. To embrace my uniqueness. I will advice my younger self to focus on things that are truly important and not bother myself too much on things that I cannot change.

I could remember how I overthink about difficult situations, that affected my mental health, if I knew that letting difficult situations to slide sometimes is okay, it will only be for a while and before you know it, it's all balanced again.

I would tell my younger self to create boundaries, healthy ones, part of the things I struggled with was not knowing when to say "yes" or "no", I didn't want to offfend anyone. I just do things to please people without minding my own feelings."
