It's Saturday once again!

Well one mistake I made was not learning a skill after I want to be done with Highschool. At the time when I was seeking admission, I was doing nothing at home and was too scared to tell my parents I wanted to learn a skill.
Now with the current economy of the country it is important to learn a skill even as you're in college. So dear younger girls, learning a skill is very important to keep your hands busy even when you have not got a job yet. No man wants to marry a liability.
I was just so lucky I learned some things that can help me have some income online. Not everyone can be privileged in the online space so get a skill you are passionate about and be consistent.
Another I would love to give to younger women is to build self confidence in themselves. In that way you will build your self esteem. When I was growing up I was shy and wasn't bold enough to speak in public and that made me lose out on many opportunities. I thought I wasn't good enough. Even now sometimes I feel that way but I'm trying to fight that so hard.
The younger women should never feel or make someone make you feel less yourself. You are priceless and you should carry yourself like that. Never allow any scar, past hunt you and also love your body, height and every part of you.

Women's Empowerment. It is that women should be treated with the same equality and be taken into account for jobs that they don't think women can do. And that in many cases she has done better than many men.
My daughter graduated as a Telecommunications Technician. And she got a job at the Simon Bolivar International Airport, at Conviasa airline. Her job is to make sure that the signal from the transmission radios that indicate when a plane is about to take off and is arriving is clear, that there is no noise, that the communication is very clear. At the beginning they didn't send her to get on the antennas because they said she wouldn't be able to, that she would be scared, and she told the boss, try me, of course I can do it. And she did, and from then on they always sent her with one of the other coworkers. Then she was even sent to the cockpit with the pilots to listen to the transmission. She has a degree in telecommunications engineering and is now the head of management at the age of 33. She has been working there for 10 years.
In my personal life. In the building, in a condo board meeting, a new condo board was going to be formed and the people who wanted to form the new board raised their hands. Then we voted for each one to appoint her and we were left with 10 women. A group was formed. We are working for the building. We have a good control of all the expenses of the building and the co-owners are happy with it. But the most important thing was to name the building as everyone's big house and that we all had to take care of it.We formed groups for different activities, even recreational activities inside the building. We took control of the building and it improved favorably.

I have come to realize that one precious gift, an inherent gift that was given to every woman is the "Power of a woman" Unfortunately not many of us have realized how much power we have to either make or mar whatever we choose to because society has tagged us "Weak Vessels" and oh, we are meant to be Submissive, and Dedicated to these people all our lives because our lives revolve around them and without them we are incomplete.
Society has made many women feel that without marriage and bearing children, they aren't complete, and can not achieve what they aim to achieve because marriage and childbearing are what a woman is supposed to live all her life doing and not chasing her dreams and career because her place is in "Her husband's house" "In the kitchen", "On the bed satisfying her husband's sexual urge", and " In childbearing" I am not saying there is anything bad in having that the truth is there is more to "Being a woman" in a world were a lady has to constantly prove herself and her worth to the society that she is capable of doing something outside what the society defined what her place is supposed to be.

What I have to say to a young woman out there.
The best thing that can happen to anyone is knowing their worth and understanding who they are. It's time every lady out there rise above living solely for others and started living for themselves.
How we think, speak, and act is a result of what we know and have come to believe. If you have been told all your life that you are poor, if care is not taken, you'll end up poor.
As a lady, you have to define yourself and live by it. Not minding what other people think. As long as you are okay with it, that is all that matters.
Then add value to your life. You can't give what you don't have. Enough of depending on other people for everything.
I remembered an incident that happened between me and my roommate. Our drainage was not working properly. When we noticed it, the first thing she said was that we should call our neighbor, who was a male, to come check it out for us. I declined immediately. We should at least make an effort before asking for help. That's how we grow as humans. And amazingly, it was not something serious; we were able to fix it ourselves. Now, am I saying it's wrong to ask for help? Hell no!!
But at least make some effort. Being so dependent on people is doing more harm than good.
Lastly, love yourself and be true to yourself. Others can't love you when you don't love yourself. The inferiority complex is what most of us ladies are suffering from. We always feel we are not good enough, and as a result, we are limited in our ability to live to our full potential.
Self-love is very important. Love yourself, value yourself, and appreciate every little level of success. That way, we are open to achieving more.

A woman with an empowered mentality never competes, nor tries to put out the light of other women, never feels threatened by the presence or successes of other women because she knows that her value is not defined by that of another woman and in fact, she genuinely supports and rejoices in the achievements of others because she knows that although she has not yet come so far her time will also come because she trusts in her own effort and knows that she is worthy of all the good things that life has to offer.
In the same way when in a conversation someone mentions how beautiful or how talented another woman is you should not feel it as a rivalry and know how to openly recognize that compliments to that other woman because you understand that the talent or beauty of that other girl minimizes her own talent and her own beauty she knows that her only competition is herself that the only person she has to overcome is her version of yesterday or her version of many years ago.
A woman with an empowered mentality never seeks external validation, this means that she is totally at peace with herself that she is authentic and shows herself as she is without being carried away by the fear of rejection and without always trying to please others and adapt to them for fear of not fitting in this attention ! it does not mean that you never feel fear of rejection because feeling that is completely normal especially if you have some kind of trauma but in the end this can feel all people because humans are social beings and we have the innate need to belong to a group, then it is normal to feel this fear but the difference is to be dragged or not by that fear and always try to please others and do things you know that do not go with you and your principles and your values just for fear of being rejected and for fear of not fitting in and that's where the difference is, what I am going to say is that if you want to have an empowered mentality your opinion about yourselves is the most important, don't be defined by the opinion that other people have about you because other people's opinion about anything is actually totally marked by their prejudices their traumas their sensitivities. your life...
