It is a privilege to curate for #MSP-Curation every Saturday as a part of the @Minnowsupport initiative. "Peace, Abundance, Liberty" is the motto of PAL, which supports all Hive users, but notably the minnows.

As women, we are endowed with immense potential, yet often only a fraction is realized due to various constraints such as work-life balance challenges and societal pressures. Despite these hurdles, we must not overlook the reasons why we must unlock and harness our capabilities; women are inherently resilient, tenacious, and adaptable.
Many women have refused to be constrained by limiting factors whatever it may be and have risen above the status quo.
As we celebrate this year's International Women's Day, I'd love to encourage us women to awaken daily and invest in ourselves. Set SMART goals, create financial plans, never stop learning, manage your time effectively, and prioritize self-care. Make progress a daily, weekly, and monthly goal, for progress, no matter how small, is still progress.
To every woman who rises daily to meet life's demands, who perseveres even in the toughest moments, who serves as an inspiring role model to other women and future generations, I celebrate you today.

To my mother: she is a rare gems,i celebrate her today and always. She is the best mother every child will dream to have. I love her so much.
To my aunties: they are the best, my quick response at anytime, i celebrate you all today and always.
To my friend: she is my best friend, always there for me during good and bad times. I celebrate you today.
To my sister: best sister in the whole world, with her i don't have any issue oooo, they say blood is thicker than water, she is my son's sugar mummy, she doesn't joke with them.i celebrate her today and always.
To myself: Am who i am, i don't look for trouble, always happy and got no time for gossip 😋😋😋.

Over time I have been able to surround myself with wonderful women that either have the same goals as me or the same work ethics as me (which might sound official but it’s calming to surround yourself with people of like minds, it helps you stay on your path and not feel left out). My Girlfriends have helped me a whole lot and I have been able to grow mentally and emotionally too. They have helped me learn and unlearn and I’m just grateful I got to meet each of them and it has been a very wonderful experience so far.
This is to all the mothers, wives, daughters and sisters out there.
Happy international women’s day. Others may not see your day to day pain or even understand what it means to be in your shoes but we appreciate how strong you are and how strong you have been. We appreciate how you manage the situations in your life. Caring about everyone and putting them first before yourself is not an easy task for a mother but this is my way of appreciating you. I’m not a mother but I’ve seen the efforts the women around me put into raising their children and that is a big task people don’t appreciate you for. So happy women's day.
I may not have sweet words or the right words that will tickle your fancy but I just thought I should come here to appreciate everyone for always trying their absolute best not minding the state of mind they are in and always putting smiles on the faces of their loved ones one way or another.
Every woman deserves to feel special today so this is my very little way of trying to accomplish that. Thank you to LOH for this great opportunity to express myself and how I feel. I hope the women here know and accept that we appreciate each and every one of them.

I'm not just doing this for just formality sake but I truly celebrate all the women in the world, they make the world go round, and beautiful, women are courageous, strong, highly sensitive, women have the ability to multitask than men, a man can only focused his attention on a particular object and aims to achive it with all his might, meanwhile a woman can be giving her baby a sick, while cooking in the kitchen washing the dishes and laundry Al most at the same time,
A woman is the pillar of the home, one time I said to myself my wife will be my Financial manager and most of my friends drag me for it, I said that because a woman's intelligence is higher when it comes to prudent management of the home finances and everything in between, any man who wishes to build his home well always listen to his wife, she would be my personal adviser, she will vet on any matter in the house.
Women have proven times without number that gender inequality was just a thing of the mind, orchestrated by a few and pushed into the system, in today's world we see women rule nations, head of state, president, prime ministers and in higher lofty offices that speaks to their true test of ideology, craftsmanship and prowess in certain areas, national and international honours, global awards, in all ramification of life.
What most people don't know is that there is more to the woman than just the physical form, mean while a man exercise physical STRENGH a woman is well endowed with emotional strength, of which it you look at it carefully enough you'd realise the human system is basically ruled by emotions and senses of feelings so if a woman has that STRENGH to manipulate these emotions... That's were the actual STRENGH lies.
WOMEN ARE PRO-CREATORS OF LIFE, for the fact that women alone are endowed with the abilities to procreate life is an extra ordinary honour, one of the reason why I respect women so much that ability to incubate a foetus for nine whole months carrying it around still doing others things, then go through the pain of child birth, didn't stop there still have to cater for the child(ren) for almost a life time, no man will be able to do that, it's too much a task to bear.

I’m surrounded by incredible women – courageous women, bold women, and strong, resilient, independent women. They inspire me. Today, as we’re celebrating International Women’s Day, I thought I’d take an hour or two to reflect a little on what that even means…
From the 1908 march of 15,000 women in New York City demanding better working conditions and voting rights to the 1917 strike in Russia for "Bread and Peace" amidst World War I, the history of IWD is marked by significant milestones in the fight for gender equality. Over the years, it has evolved into a global celebration, championing the achievements of women while acknowledging the ongoing struggle for equality...
But, despite progress, disparities persist… from unequal pay to underrepresentation in leadership roles. Within my own field of cultural materials conservation, I cannot ignore the glaring gender imbalance at the highest echelons of power, despite the demographic percentages… Such imbalances not only reflect systemic issues within my profession but also touch upon broader societal injustices ...
However, with each passing year, IWD serves as a reminder of the work yet to be done and the collective efforts required to build a brighter, more equitable future for all. Whilst in some parts of the world we still don’t have bodily autonomy (take the boardrooms of men overturning Roe v Wade in rule against the reproductive rights of women in America as an example)... only this week France made abortion a constitutional right – presenting the universal message to all women that “your body belongs to you”.
Anyway, tonight - to celebrate the strength of women - I took me out on a date. It began with cooking a nice meal.

I believe that you must always take into account the figures that have made you what you are, I have had two maternal figures whom I have admired but more than for what they could achieve materially in this world, I do it for their mettle, for the way they raise, for the way they are and above all for the way they love, I present to my warriors my mother and my grandmother.
My mother has never been an absent mother figure, I have had the grace of having an all-terrain mother who has worked and raised, who has seen me, who has seen her siblings, who has seen her husband but has never stopped seeing herself. My mom is a combination of the traditional mentality but she is also the new, the one who has taught me that values are earned and must be exercised, the one who has taught me that even though good deeds sometimes are not seen you know you are doing them, the person who stood up at my graduation to applaud me because she celebrates my achievements more than I do myself, I love you mom and I congratulate you not for being my mother but for being the respectable and fighting woman I know.
My grandmother, the wound in my heart that will not heal completely, she is a lady who was able to live in her grace for a long time, she lived the machismo in her own flesh. She is the one who made me understand that even though sometimes the mentality is hard to change we can also form our own ideals, she could not study but she encouraged each of her grandchildren to learn, to educate themselves. She is the one who advised you when something was not going well and also someone with a high temperament despite the years, I feel that you could have lived in a world where you were not deprived of so many things but unfortunately we can not change the time, you are the living example that despite the events we can be us.
Maybe it sounds bad, but I want to congratulate me, a girl who tries to grow in adversity. Who likes to express herself without taboo and who loves to see a better world every day, I continue in the struggle for a just society where I am not afraid to go out alone at night or what to wear to go to college, I feel that we are in the generation that we are not afraid of anything and we are willing to fight for everything.
