SUNDAY OF REFLECTIONS IN THE COMPANY OF COFFEE
A couple of weeks ago I adopted the good habit of reading a chapter of a book a day, but now that I have started my work activities I have not been able to maintain that rhythm, so I readjusted it to Sundays.
I am always willing to obtain new knowledge and one of my favourite readings are reflections, those that activate my neurons and leave me with a beautiful learning experience that I can share with my students in the classroom and with everyone around me.
When I was at university I bought the first 2 copies of the book "It's the cow's fault". These books are fascinating although I had forgotten them, but my daughter, who also loves reading, shared with me a couple of days ago a very beautiful passage that said "Speak when your words are as soft as the wind".
Waooo but what an expression!!!! As beings we tend to be very light to say what we feel without measuring our words and even if after that, some of us reflect and apologise, this leaves a big mark or crack in the heart of our neighbour.
That's just a small mouth opener of these readings and during my delight, I decided to accompany this great activity with a marroncito con leche. I opted for this combination by accident, as the coffee had become a bit sweet and concentrated and as I was going to accompany it with a sweetened and arequipe-filled bread roll, I was going to exceed the sugar limit that my organism could tolerate.
So I decided to be diligent and add a small portion of liquid milk that I had in my fridge in order to reduce the sweetness and make the most of this combination of flavours. I love a concentrated coffee with a sweet snack, for me it is an experience that I enjoy much more and as it activates my nervous system I took the opportunity to read a few parables from this book.
I plan to start this new week in my work activities with a reflection, to awaken in my children and young people the sensitivity and reflection for our actions, I must not only impart knowledge, I must also give a content that transcends in their lives and make them a better person. And while I select which parable is ideal for each group, I taste my portion of coffee to make my new habit an incredible sensation and in this way I encourage my princess with reading, since they adopt our behaviours.
And you my dear friends, do you have the habit of reading or accompanying your coffee with a sweet? It would be interesting to read your stories through a post in this community or leave me a message in the corresponding section.
I thank you in advance for dedicating part of your valuable time to read my work and may God multiply the support you give to my publication. Blessings.

Thank you very much for the space and especially for this great initiative.
Those are some pretty cool habits:)
We should always be looking for better and creating healthy habits is part of my strategies.
