My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2024

I did a lot of housework yesterday. I woke up very early and started to tidy up the floor, I also started to wash the clothes at the same time.
I watered my plants, cleaned up the kitchen, and I cooked our lunch early.

In the afternoon,I removed some cobweb, swept the floor in the upstairs, I applied wax and scrubbed it after a little while. Lastly, I cooked for our dinner.
But I'm a bit sad because I didn't notice my actifit that it was closed so my steps didn't count. That's the reason I did some stretching in the evening before going to bed.
