My Actifit Report Card: July 10 2024

Wednesday is just a routine day for me. As I woke up, I set-up our washing machine to do the laundry, but of course, I needed to wash manually as well.
I also swept the floor and started to cook for our lunch. But because I have my work at 12:00 so I asked my husband to continue it.

I also did some stretching today and I hope my back pain goes away.
