Software I used :

Adobe Illustrator 2019 for creating character, its moves and background
Adobe Photoshop 2020 for making GIF by frames

Steps :

I start with the character drawing/illustration, I start work on Illustrator. I GIF my steps, so you will see how I create this character 😅
